Sehr gute Verbindungen (U-Bahn, Tram, Bus) in alle Richtungen. Zu Fuss ist man sehr schnell an der Moldau.

Szép, hely, sok különböző villamosra át lehet szállni, közel a folyópart, innen fel lehet sétálni a várba. Szép rendezett környék :)

Ein Eldorado für Straßenbahnfans, Fahrzeuge verschiedenster Epochen sind hier tagtäglich im Einsatz zu erleben. Zu empfehlen ist eine Tagestour mit den historischen Bahnen auf der Touristenlinie 42.

Tram station!

The official name was given the square after the creation of Great Prague in 1922. It was named after the professor Alois Klar (1763-1833), a great humanist and founder of Klar's Institute for blind people. Its building No. 131 lies at the northern part of the area. The project of a two-story late empire building was elaborated by architect Vincenc Kulhánek and was built between 1836-1844. The four-sided tower located above the object has a clock and the bell. In the tympanum of the main façade there is a relief from the sculptor Josef Max. It depicts the biblical scene when Tobias is painting his blind father's eyes with a miraculous fish liver ointment prepared by Archangel Rafael, and that gives his sight back to him. The building serves as the seat of the Czech Geological Service today. Úřední název dostalo náměstí až po vytvoření Velké Prahy v roce 1922. Pojmenováno bylo k poctě univerzitního profesora Aloise Klara (1763-1833), velkého humanisty a zakladatele Klarova ústavu slepců. Jeho budova čp. 131 stojí v severní části prostoru. Projekt dvoupatrové pozdně empírovoé budovy vypracoval architekt Vincenc Kulhánek a byl vystavěn mezi lety 1836-1844. Věž umístěná nad středním rizalitem na střeše je čtyřboká, s věžními hodinami a zvonem. V tympanonu hlavního průčelí je reliéf od sochaře Josefa Maxe. Znázorňuje biblický výjev, kdy Tobiáš natírá svému slepému otci oči zázračnou mastí z rybích jater, kterou připravil archanděl Rafael, a tím mu vrací zrak. Objekt dnes slouží jako sídlo České geologické služby.
