Peníze zpět mi nikdo nenabídl a ano výsledný obraz jsem vám nereklamovala, ale kvalita barev je velmi nízká. Jak překrýt bílou barvou předlohu vážně netuším, jsem na 5 vrstvách a nic a ani u černé barvy jedna vrstva nestačí. Kvalita štětců také velmi špatná, ty 4 přiložené na obraz o velikosti 80x120 opravdu nestačí. Nobody offered me the money back and yes, I did not complain about the resulting image, but the color quality is very low. The quality of the brushes is also very poor, the 4 attached to the 80x120 size image are really not enough.
P	Petra Rudolfova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechala jsem zde již hodně peněz, už je to přes 10 obrazů, doufala jsem, že si po čase dají na kvalitě více záležet, ale pořád dokola stejný problém, některé barvy nekryjí ani po 3 vrstvách, štětce jsou velmi nekvalitní a tisk velmi často nečitelný, jelikož je velký výběr motivů, který mě lákal, tak jsem vždy nakoupila zde, ale poslední objednávka byla opravu poslední. Obrázek dle vlastní předlohy je nepoužitelný, vzhledem ke kvalitě štěteců a miniaturních políček, téměř neproveditelné. Také jsem očekávala při tolika objednávkách alespoň slevový kód na další nákup nebo jinou maličkost. Ale už opravdu stačilo. Pohledám jinde. I have already left a lot of money here, it is already over 10 paintings, I hoped that over time they would care more about quality, but still the same problem, some colors do not cover even after 3 layers, brushes are very poor quality and printing is very often unreadable , as there is a large selection of motifs that attracted me, so I always bought here, but the last order was the last repair. The image according to your own template is unusable, due to the quality of brushes and miniature fields, almost impossible. I also expected at least a discount code for another purchase or other small thing with so many orders. But it was really enough. I'm looking elsewhere.

Již mám vybrané nové obrazy a společně s fotoobrazem, který je momentálně novinkou, si udělám krásný dárek pod stromeček. I already have 5 paintings at home and I'm excited. My last painting was Magnolia 80x80cm, it took a little more time, but the result is worth it. I already have selected new paintings and together with the photo painting, which is currently a novelty, I will make a beautiful gift under the tree.
M	Michaela Faltova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velký výběr, ale 2 obrazy mohu rovnou vyhodit, hodně políček se překrývá - je to opravdu drobné a čísla jsou špatně čitelná. Na reklamaci se sice ozvali, ale nic s tím prý neudělají. Jinde mi reklamaci vyřídili a proto s vámi končím a doporučovat nebudu. Opravdu špatná práce grafika. Pokud je to špatně viditelné, tak přece nenabídnu takovou velikost, kde se to nedá vybarvit (tzn se překrývají min dvě barvy). Kdybych to věděla, tak si buď objednám větší velikost nebo jiný obrázek. Large selection, but I can throw 2 pictures straight away, a lot of boxes overlap - it's really small and the numbers are hard to read. They did respond to the complaint, but they say they won't do anything about it. Elsewhere, they settled my complaint and therefore I end up with you and I will not recommend it. Really bad work graphics. If it is difficult to see, then I will not offer a size where it cannot be painted (ie at least two colors overlap). If I knew, I would either order a larger size or another image.

S	Simone Bissot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a fake company!! Be careful!! I ordered 3 paints and received only 1 after almost 2 months waiting. There is a James answering e-mails ... but only 1-2 times per month. I have wrote many e-mails to get my money back and they just ignore it. A nightmare!

When ordering a customized paint took a month plus to get the order and the letters/numbers are too small and pale that it is impossible to read most of them. I should have read the reviews before buying from them.
