službu rozhodně NEdoporučujeme! Paní Šárka při čištění oken polámala a zprohýbala žaluzie, a to ve velkém, skoro na všech oknech a znečistila je neznámým lepkavým prostředkem, který vymývame i několik měsíců poté. Na místě jsme to hned nezjistili, protože poškozené žaluzie paní Šárka chytře vytáhla nahoru a nic nepřiznala. Následná komunikace byla horor. Nejdříve u jedné z místností tvrdila, že už jsme to tak měli předtím. Teprve po naší argumentaci, že jaksi známe svůj vlastní dům, otočila, přiznala škody na všechny žaluziích a slíbila kompenzaci. Což by bylo fajn, kdyby ovšem peníze přišly. Žádné peníze nevrátila ani po mnoha připomínkách. A to by ta částka stejně ani zdaleka nepokryla náklady na výměnu žaluzií v řádu tisíců Kč. Velmi neprofesionální chování.

We definitely do not recommend the service! When cleaning the windows, Mrs. Šárka broke and bent the blinds in large, almost all windows and contaminated them with an unknown sticky agent, which we wash out even a few months later. We did not find out immediately on the spot, because Mrs. Šárka cleverly pulled the damaged blinds up and did not admit anything. The ensuing communication was horror. At first she claimed in one of the rooms that we had had it before. Only after our argument that we somehow know our own house did she turn around, admit the damage to all the blinds and promise compensation. Which would be nice if the money came. She did not return any money even after many comments. And that amount would not cover the cost of replacing blinds in the thousands of CZK. Very unprofessional behavior.
