★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S Marinou jsem navázala spolupráci při rozjezdu nových apartmánů Flawless Apartments Prague v centru Prahy. I přes veliké konkurenční prostředí nám nastavila cenovou politiku tak, že náš prodej byl více než uspokojivý a v koronavirové krizi jsme se díky ní dokázali udržet na trhu. Zároveň nám pomohla s komplexním nastavením rezervačních portálů včetně jejich namapování. Jako front office manager jsem se na ni mohla vždy obrátit a díky jejím cenným radám tak posouvat apartmány stále kupředu.
Nejvíce na Marině oceňuji naprostou profesionalitu a individuální proklientský přístup, který jde ruku v ruce s mnohaletými zkušenostmi v oboru.
 I established cooperation with Marina during the launch of the new Flawless Apartments Prague apartments in the center of Prague. Despite the great competitive environment, it set our pricing policy so that our sales were more than satisfactory and thanks to it we were able to stay on the market in the coronavirus crisis. At the same time, she helped us with the comprehensive setup of reservation portals, including their mapping. As a front office manager, I was always able to turn to her and, thanks to her valuable advice, move the apartments forward.
Most of Marina, I appreciate the absolute professionalism and individual pro-client approach, which goes hand in hand with many years of experience in the field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S Marinou nás svedl osud během koronavirové krize. Jako majitelé hotelu Ostaš jsme byli postaveni před nelehký úkol, jak se s novou situací vyrovnat, protože jsme byli kompletně závislí na ruském příjezdovém trhu. Marina nám nastavila cenovou politiku a namapovala nové online prodejní kanály. Vždy měla radu, co by se dalo udělat lépe. Často jsme spolu vedli intenzivní diskuze ohledně provozu a směrování našeho byznysu. S Marinou věřím, že proplujeme touto krizí a na obzoru s optimismem vyhlížíme novou sezónu, ať bude jakákoliv.
Fate and Marina seduced us during the coronavirus crisis. As the owners of the Ostaš hotel, we were faced with the difficult task of coping with the new situation, because we were completely dependent on the Russian arrival market. Marina set our pricing policy and mapped new online sales channels. She always had advice on what could be done better. We often had intense discussions together about the operation and direction of our business. Marina and I believe that we are going through this crisis and we are looking forward to a new season on the horizon with optimism, whatever it may be.
