Our door was broken upon arrival, we went and bought tools to fix it since the staff wouldn't. The rooms are fine, just hot as hell. At the end of our stay we had some outstanding fees for doing laundry (which is also bad), which is fine but one of us already left. So I covered her fee, but later another one payed for her fee too and they just still took the money.

Modest hotel with modest price. Perfect for having a place to stay while visiting Prague.

Two washers and a single dryer that doesn’t work properly for the entire dormitory. Assume 400+ people living there. There is a surcharge for nearly everything. Showers are problematic, either leaks or does not work at all. Expect repairs to be done in a week or never. Overall cleanliness is below average. For some reason keeping halls mopped is prioritized compared to cleanliness of the rooms. However, staff is polite and understanding. If staff wasn’t so accommodating I would have given no stars. Do yourself a favor and get an Airbnb.

Excellent value for money. Easy and frequent trams to city, supermarkets and local shops within close vicinity (Lidl is 2 stops on tram). Rooms are basic but comfortable- you get a microwave fridge and 2 hotplates for cooking and a kettle. There were no plugs in the sinks, and the room service only replaced towels - no toilet paper was replaced! Beds and floors were left. This was disappointing as we were here for 7 days. Staff were helpful and friendly with advice.

The location is relatively quiet but grocery stores restaurants cafe's and some tram lines are just a minutes walk away. All of the employees I met were nice and supportive. The two rooms that I have been in were from my point of view around 2-3 Stars because they could get some refurbishment....but the location and employees were very good.

It was better than expected and the receptionist was very nice.

Very nice accommodation for the price. Clean and well-enough equipped, but nothing fancy. Close to tram stop that can get you to the old Town Square in 30 min or less, included parking, and a few nearby food/grocery options make up for the "out of the way" location.

I stayed here for 2 nights in the winter as the price was great, the staff was great too. However, the mattress was sagging, and the kitchenette has some cutlery, a water kettle, mini fridge and microwave but no hob for cooking. it was very clean though. the hotel also has a study room and laundry room etc too, didn’t get a chance to explore them. they also are helpful with early check in and they will keep your luggage after you check out if you request it. you can also have another person in your single room if you pay just 7€ more for the night. there is also a vending machine and coffee machine in the lobby with very cheap prices. the only downside is the location, it’s very safe but quite far from the centre so it takes 20-25 mins by tram to the old town. it is not walkable especially in the winter.
