★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place I stayed at. I had a two day reservation and I found out it was only for one night.
My stuff was taken out of the room without my consent. Also what bothered me the most I was given a price and charged more than double for the one night I stayed. The manager promised to investigate the situation with the desk clerk and call us the next day. Unfortunately Manager never followed up with this issue.
I recommend no one to stay there before checking out their bill carefully. Also the room definitely looked completely different than what they advertise. No table or chairs in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite far from centre, but right on several tramway lines, quite close to the motorway from/to hradec kralove & Poland. Building is from '50/'60 but renovated & with a lift that unfortunately stops between the two floors, asking you to move luggage up/down a few stair steps. Rooms are clean, the ones on the court with balconies (obviously quieter ones). Good prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible hotel. The rooms are dilapidated and dirty. The "make up my room" label is ignored. Wi-Fi seems to be created in order to finally kill your last nerves. Take care of yourself and stay away from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gross hotel. There is hair everywhere, the place needs a deep cleaning, the furniture is destroyed, the beda a sticky. I don't know how this place has over 4 stars on Google. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude on top of everything else...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally the place is fine for this price, but the rooms are dirty. Body hair was in the shower, walls, mirror and sink were dirty and everything is worn down. Small items from the previous occupant were left in the room, which shows their care for hygiene is very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The great hotel, with nice rooms and tasty breakfast. The nearest tram station is 200m from hotel, there tram number 9 goes directly to centrum for about 20 minutes. Reasonable choice for optimal costefectively sightseeing of Prague.
