M	Margrietha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a terrible hotel! The beds are very hard and the room is 25 degrees celcius in april. Opening a window did not help and AC was not working in the entire hotel, because it was shut off. The room was very clean though.
L	Léonie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why they call themselves a 4 star hotel because they are not. It's more a 2 star. The room is simple, everything you need except a bin in the room and the mattrass was hard. It was very warm in the room and hotel. Temperature around 23℃ while it was freezing outside! Airco is not a airco but a machine that blows air around and heat it when needed and windows can't be fully opened. Staff said they can't do anything about it. Reading other older reviews this is going on for years already. Of course you can turn down the heaters or invest in real airco's. Don't wanna know how hot it is in summer in this hotel.... There is no restaurant so couldn't dine in the hotel. Breakfast was very good and it's next to tram and metro stop. The view from higher floors is amazing by the way!
C	Craig Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is a joke of a so called 4 star hotel. It's clear that the hotel as tried to meet the bare minimum to this classification. There was no coffee, tea or kettle provided. There was no shower gel provided, only shampoo and this was also in little sachets which were not replaced for the second night after use. The rooms were not cleaned properly, had clothes left back by the previous guests and tumblers had lipstick stains. The rooms are small and look like they have not been updated since the 80s. This place would be acceptable as a lodge, but a hotel and a 4 star? Absolute joke.

They hardly speak English, registration is paper-based, check in takes 15+ minutes even if booking was online. Relatively cheap, but if You are in a hurry, that's not gonna be Your favourite accomodation in Prague.
В	Вероника Склярова on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a few problems in the hotel. - holes in towels and in bedsheets which is unacceptable for such hotels level - dirty floor in my room and dirty curtain in the shower - shower gel or soap was really bad, it was old and impossible to get and so few, like several drops. I was traveling by plane for 1 day without my shampoo or soap and it made me so mad, that I need to have such a challenge in very simple everyday things. - I think I will try to avoid this hotel and will not suggest it to my friends.
s	saurabh singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice and at a great location, but certain things definitely need to improved. 1- Tray, big plates and more variety of food during the breakfast, is must. 2- AC didnt work during the dancing, and apparently they have to call someone to switch on the AC. 3 - Rooms AC can be proved further, its seems like its very old. 4- Sweets can be improved as they dont taste great. All the above are my feedback to be improved.
M	Marina Morskaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this hotel because of the Bachata festival. Firstly, majority of staff was unfriendly, didn't want to answer our questions and help us. Secondly, the bathroom in the room is really weird, it's not possible to close the door completely. I don't know who created this but I have never seen such kind of construction before. Cleaning was also bad, toiletries were very limited. As for the payment, they withdraw money automatically from your card but instead of giving you the invoice personally during the check-out procedure, they just put it under the door. Good point is location (it's close to the metro station and tram stop), also food wasn't so bad despite the fact that it was the same every day and quite limited in variety. Overall, definitely this hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. Service must be improved significantly.
S	Seiden Kaczka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive : - Nice bedrooms, comfortable and cosy enough - Good breakfast - Nice view if you get an upper floor room - Lots of restaurants around (I recommend the Bean House) - Close to tram and subway stations Negative : - Employees are quite cold or even rude - Cleaners are just pretending. Room wasn't clean when we arrived, and they aren't cleaning much (nor even emptying trashcan) during your stay. - Cleaners went through our luggage. Be sure to not leave any valuable item in your room. - I advise you to bring soap.
