★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This year, they have changed into only longterm stay residence. I lived there for a long time, found that when you stay longer, you come to know that the building is built very cheap. Humidity is very high because of the defect of the building and pests (spiders, ants, silverfish) come to live. They also control water and put in a chemical to make it soft, so you experience slimy water that won't wash away soap twice a week for a couple of days. Staffs changed frequently. Walls are thin, so you hear someone sneezing or talking. It's definitely NOT a decent place to live for a long term.
