★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there is no microwave or common kitchen to heat any food you want to eat in your room. Today all hotels have these services. I asked for something to be heated in the microwave at the reception and he said no, without explanation. the attention at the reception is terrible. They are people as very little empathy with the guest and they do not help him. very moody. I asked him why the air conditioning did not work if that is what they offer in your publication when I decided to take this room, and an older man at the reception answered me, that the air does not work because it is already cold .. and we are barely in autumn. and really the room is very hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent room - very clean, several towels, warm, and the shower is amazing. What else is needed during an exhausting trip?
The breakfast was not the most tasty I've tried, but it was included in the cost and there was a wide selection of dishes - awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not a 3-star hotel. 4 hangers in the wardrobe, one iron for the whole hotel, no kettle in room, very dark room (lighting was very weak)

1. "Fabolous" breakfast provides a good variety of food, but everything is rather cheap and tasteless. For that price you can get absolutely different level in many cafes in the city center.
2. Our check out was very early, so we asked for a takeaway breakfast. For each person it consisted of: a sandwich (2 small pieces of bread, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of ham, mustard), 1 egg, 1 cheap chocolate waffle, 1 bottle of water. Remembering the price, sounds like joke. Also, have you seen a lot of children enjoying sandwiches with mustard?
3. We asked about a taxi reservation and a takeaway breakfast during the check in and (as we were asked to do so) one day before the departure. When the same day evening I came to ask for more details (like where the taxi will wait etc), it turned out that receptionist from the morning shift didn't leave any info for her colleagues, so I could have miss the plane without my taxi).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In short: only go there if you are short in budget.
Not in short: rooms are nice, but I can hear my neighbours speaking pretty well. Breakfasts have a lot to choose from, but every single meal is disgusting and you cannot eat it till the end (pancakes, omlette and cappuchino are especially garbage).
So if you want a cheap places to just have a sleep and enjoy Prague without hotel chills - then it's more or less fine.
