I will start with the things that were ok. That was breakfast and housekeeping. But what is a problem is the friendliness of the reception. The female colleague were very friendly. But then you have a rude farmer called Marek Oubrecht. Because of those things it really isn't a 4 star plus your staff with breakfast don't speak English either. So people if you go to Prague please book another hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hot water in the room. Noisy surroundings because of the trains running next to the hotel. Small rooms.
Bad location...it takes 30 min to get to the city center.
Friendly stuff mostly.

Location is very nice,just off the highway, also easily accessible to metro with a few stops by tram or bus. You can buy tickets directly in the lobby of the hotel. Just 2kms from Harfa mall where u have choice for everyone (food,entertainment and all)
Huge wellness and sport facility although either u need to pay for that or pay higher package to stay in order to get to wellness
Parking is 250czk/10eur per day, for me that is ridiculous. Search around the vicinity, u ll have “better” options for it though
Breakfast was rich enough( pancakes, sausages, ham and cheese, bread selections, 3 different type of eggs) personnel works in machine gun speed. Restaurant I didn’t try since they got plenty of choice in the vicinity.
Our room was small with TV and fridge. kettle would have helped but well …
My wife liked the experience, so i will see more positive than negative and enjoy the stay ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not able to reach Prague due to a last minute airline strike. I got in touch promptly with the hotel (barely an hour had passed from the free cancellation deadline), but they decided to retain the whole amount I had paid in advance for 3 nights. Expedia repeatedly contacted them on my behalf to find a more amicable solution, but they were absolutely inflexible. It does not matter at all that they were (absurdly) entitled to do so. Morally and commercially, it was a shameful decision.
They were most likely able to sell again the room that I had fully paid for so made a nice double profit. I had the misfortune of talking to their customer service (Marek) and they were rude and dismissive. I had proposed that they keep the amount of the first night, but they had none of it. Imagine if I had booked for a week or more...
Don't stay here unless you're prepared to be on your own if anything should prevent you from traveling or you have a very comprehensive travel insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are not bad but they will not replace your towels on less than 2 days even if they are very dirty. Servise is good, breakfast also but spa is very bad, if you decide to use it thay will charge for the towels also it is very crowded with people coming from outside which are not guests in the hotel and if you stay 5 min longer they will charge you, simply you do not feel confortable when using the spa like in other hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception not great. 400czk for my dog. Super noisy from guests around. Building where rooms are located is separate from wellness area. Floors quite sad and ghostly. Breakfast various but low quality.
But 6 types of sauna. Would go just for the wellness area and no hotel.
Cleaning ladies very kind.
