Dvěma slovy - smíšené pocity. Mám škodovku už několik let a nedávno se objevila závada, kterou kvůli pojistce bylo lepší vyřešit přes autorizák. Přijímací technik č. 1: milý, ochotný, servisu určitě znalý. Převzal vůz a druhý den mi volal, že klepání ve předu je pouze důsledkem špatných gum a s jejich výměnou toto odezní. Druhý den jsem tedy dovezl jiné, vyměnili, vyvazili a podle slov mechanika co to dělal, je to o hodně lepší a na podvozku prý neni nic, co si říká o opravu. Měl jsem radost. Cena skoro dva tisíce a jel jsem. Po sto metrech sem vedel, že lepší to sice je, ale určitě ne dobré. Znovu sem se objednal na příští týden. Přijímací technik č. 2: milý, ochotný, servisu znalý. Že si to půjde projet (proč první nejel?) a zavolá mi. Za dvě hodiny telefon, že vnitřní kloub na prave poloose je total. Výměna byla druhý den hotová, komunikace kvůli pojistce super. Zjistilo se ale, že díky poruše pravého se částečně ponicil i levý, takže i ten se nakonec musel vyměnit. Cena dvanact tisíc dohromady. Neřeším cenu, u drahého auta i servis je drahý, takže v pohodě. Nechápu ale na tom všem tři věci. Jak to, že jeden přijímací technik vyzkouší a ví hned a druhý nic? Jak to, že jeden mechanik řekne, že to bylo gumama a jinak je vsechno v pořádku a druhý o týden později zjistí, že jsou oba vnitřní klouby na poloosach total? A třetí věc. Dáte autorizaku skoda do opravy škodovku za bezmála milion a za náhradní vůz si účtují tisíc korun za den ?? Nicméně, oprava proběhla v pořádku, auto funguje výborně, ale jak jsem řekl na začátku, smíšené pocity.
Two words - mixed feelings. I've had a Skoda for several years, and a glitch has recently appeared that was better handled through an insurance policy due to the insurance policy. So the next day I brought another one, exchanged it, got out of it and in the words of the mechanic what it was doing, it is much better and there is nothing on the chassis that says about the repair. I was happy. Price nearly two thousand and I drove. After a hundred meters, I knew it was better, but certainly not good. I ordered again next week. Entrance Technician No. 2: Nice, helpful, knowledgeable service. That you can ride it (why not go first) and call me. In two hours the phone that the inner joint on the right half is total. The exchange was finished the next day, the communication was super. It was found, however, that due to the failure of the right, the left one was partly siphoned off, so he had to change as well. The price of twelve thousand together. I do not solve the price, the expensive car and service is expensive, so cool. But I don't understand three things on all this. How come one admission technician tries and knows the second and nothing? How come one mechanic says it was rubber and otherwise everything is fine and the other one week later finds out that both inner joints are half-axes total? And the third thing. Will you give skoda for repair a Skoda for almost a million and charge a thousand crowns per day for a replacement car? However, the repair was fine, the car works fine, but as I said at the beginning, mixed feelings.

Inspekce a výměna oleje v haldexu v mé T5. Byl jsem velmi mile překvapen přístupem zaměstnanců i cenou za provedenou službu.
Inspection and oil change in the haldex in my T5. I was very pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the employees and the price for the service performed.

New Superb was towed to this garage due to complete electronic failure. I sent an E-Mail containing description of error including link to video showing the error display on the dashboard. Got E-Mail back telling me that they can't watch videos, can't call my number in Germany and that I have to wait four weeks for a mechanic having a look at my car (which is under full Skoda warranty). After having multiple calls with Skoda Mobility Service, someone from this garage called me and told that the car has been repaired. As I picked up the car, it showed the same failure after some kilometers. So they did absolutely nothing and just wanted me to leave as soon as possible. I absolutely are speachless about the unprofessional behaviour of this garage. Avoid at all costs!!!
