★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pana majitele jsem se zeptal na určitý parametr čtyřkolky (který u ostatních strojů na stránkách uveden je). Nejprve mi odpověděl v jedné větě na něco úplně jiného a na opakovaný dotaz reagoval arogantně a po několika vyměněných mailech i urážlivě s tím, že nemá čas mi něco měřit a až se bude nudit, tak mi třeba vyhoví. Osobně jsem na takové jednání alergický, hlavně že čas na vypisování emailů našel. Mohl změřit a prodat, namísto toho smolil gramaticky chabé maily a mně rozhodně neprodá nic.

First, he answered something completely different in one sentence, and he responded arrogantly to the repeated question, and after a few exchanged e-mails, even insultingly, saying that he didn't have time to measure something for me, and when he got bored, he might agree. Personally, I am allergic to such actions, mainly because I found time to write emails. He could measure and sell, instead he plucked grammatically poor emails and he definitely wouldn't sell me anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Děkujeme za supr nákup a vše proběhlo jak má být. Po tel. dohodě jsme si i čtyřkolky mohli vyzkoušet a vybrat přímo na výdejním místě.Pan se vším poradil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc chválím přístup i rychlé vyřízení objednávky!? Potřebovala jsem zimní pneu na auto a pan majitel mi poradil/vybral super pneumatiky. Vyřízení objednávky proběhlo rychle a přesně dle dohody. Teď jsem objednala letní pneu a znovu stejně příjemná zkušenost - vše v pohodě a s úsměvem. Děkuji!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S pánem je sice někdy těžší domluva ale nakonec jsme se domluvili a co jsem potřeboval vědět tak jsem se dozvěděl.
Domluvili jsme si čas a v ten jsem dorazil a pan tam v pohodě byl. S dítětem jsme vyzkoušeli 2 stroje a dokonce jsem si mohl vyzkoušet i větší stroj. Každopádně já i dítě spokojeno ?
Nákup se povedl a kluk už 1,5 roku jezdí a bez problémů. Takže za ty peníze je to super.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupovali jsme čtyřkolku Faktory team 1300W. Čtyřkolka úplně špatná není. Baterka má fakt velikou výdrž a motor je fakt silný. Ale za cenu 21 000 Kč jsem čekal lepší kvalitu i ostatných dílů. Kola (disky ) jsou křivé, za jizdy je vidět že jezdí do 8. Také nedoporučuji připlatit 1000 Kč za montáž. Bohužel všechny brzdy brzdili a skřípaly za jízdy, geometrie taky nebyla správně nastavena. Kola byli do V....Celé odpoledne jsem na tom dělal abych to nastavil. Raději tých 1000 Kč dejte za montáž někomu kdo to opravdu udělá jak má...
Taktéž je tam podmínka na 2 letou záruku aby jste stroj vozili každé 3 měsíce na servis/prohlídku, která stojí 1500 Kč. Jinak vám garance padá. Přijde mi to dost nefér...
We bought the Faktory team 1300W ATV. The ATV is not completely bad. The flashlight has a really long endurance and the engine is really powerful. But for the price of CZK 21,000, I expected better quality of other parts as well. The wheels (discs) are crooked, you can see that they ride up to 8. During the rides, I also do not recommend paying CZK 1,000 for assembly. Unfortunately, all the brakes braked and squeaked while driving, and the geometry was not set correctly. The bikes were in V ... I've been working on it all afternoon to set it up. You better give the CZK 1,000 for assembly to someone who will really do it the way it should ...
There is also a condition for a 2-year warranty that you drive the machine every 3 months for service / inspection, which costs CZK 1,500. Otherwise you will have a guarantee. It seems pretty unfair to me ...
