★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a zip replaced on a pair of jeans. I had to wait a week, which is no big deal -- but when I got them, the zip was kind of sticky -- like, hard to unzip. But, I thought, it's better than the other way around. Well, after the first wash, they now longer stay zipped up. So, I paid 260kc for a quick fix band-aid that has rendered them useless again.
Definitely do not recommend - at least not for zip replacements! There is no problem with the stitching - and the service was fine... so, I guess it's just the quality of the zip they used. But, I was not offered any options. Though I'm not sure why any of the options would be a zip that doesn''t work.
