★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great cloths from casual to formal wear. Good choice of shoes, belts, leather bags for both men and women. Very good quality. My girlfriend also found the womens floor full of great choice, colours and styles. Friendly helpful staff. Recommend a visit, don't be surprised if you end up buying more than you bargained for :) :)

Yesterday (19.11) I asked to check if they had the size I needed of the jacket that I wanted to buy, after what I received unpleasant "Does it look like we have it?". Eeehm, that's why I asked no? Check in storage! :D I tried to approach another shop assistant, and received the answer even worse: "I don't know if we have it, leave the things if you are not buying". After this I had to order online. Disgusting people. Advice for the future: fire people that don't like their job. Better for them and for your business....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is on the lowest level, not sure if they’re not paid well or if the manager is not professional at all.
Short haired young woman suggested some trousers/shirts for my friend and all of it was bigger than his real size. Shirts sizes absolutely didn’t fit. When he tried his size, there was already a problem with trousers and in the end, they blamed us, that he broke it because he has “wide hips”. Manager was running around but haven’t said a word since I was buying clothes for myself too, so she stayed silent.
Before you blame your customers, please check carefully all clothes you have. I like the brand, but the stuff of Massimo Dutti in Andel should know anything about customer service if they work in this field. I suggest reading books and do trainings, being arrogant and uneducated is not a thing now ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant and not customer oriented staff. Especially the elderly lady who I guess is the shop manager: suspiciously looking if you comply with nowhere written group policy ??♀️.
Majority of their articles are overpriced versus quality: synthetic materials that fit weirdly, lose their shape and color at first wash and quite often differ dramatically from the website pictures. Unfortunately, it’s still one of the rare mass market chains in Prague offering trending apparel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store today and left with a huge smile on my face because of the worker named Martin. He was very professional and had great tips and tricks to create and mix and match outfits. Most of the time he understood exactly what we wanted and explained the thought process behind what he chose. He has a great eye for fashion and I’d trust him with what to chose again.
