★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was buying a toilet and wooden filler for it. I asked for assistance from one of the staff working in the shop. It was Barbara (I found it on the receiped after the purchase).
First, she was very rude when repliying for my requests. I asked her about toilet, she replied "here it is", I asked "Do you hany anything else?" she said "No, this is the only one" and laughed for no reason (like making a joke about me). I asked her about other options without the top part and she started speaking plain Czech to me. I do speak Czech, but not that well, so I understood what she meant, but imagine what an impression she gives to a person when she speaks Czech to an English speaker.
Secondly, when I asked about wooden filler, she didn't comprehend and tried to finish conversation with me as quick as possible by asking "Is that all you need" (x3-4 times a minute)?
I would avoid this pet shop and try to find one which is more friendly. At least if you are not sure about something - please do not ask for assistance. They would almost ignore you.
