UPD. peníze nevrátí jiz DVA měsíce. Podala jsem stížnost k ČOI.
I waited for delivery for 12 days, then received an SMS from the shop owner "I canceled the order. Buy granules elsewhere."
UPD. the money will not be returned for TWO months. I filed a complaint with the CTIA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michal Kovalda si u nás objednal kartonové krabice na které spěchal, po telefonickém odsouhlasení ceny dopravného jsme zboží ihned nachystali a odeslali na dobírku.
Poté odmítl převzít zboží od Toptransu a na náš dotaz proč nepřevzal dosud nereagoval. Při telefonickém dotazu jakmile se dozvěděl o co jedná telefon típl.
Ubohé jednání individua se kterým jsem se ještě nesetkal....
Michal Kovalda ordered cardboard boxes from us, which he was in a hurry, and after the telephone approval of the price of freight, we immediately prepared the goods and sent them cash on delivery.
Then he refused to take over the goods from Toptrans and did not respond to our question why he did not take over. When asked by phone, as soon as he found out what the phone was all about.
Poor behavior of an individual I have never met before ....
