J	Jan Bouše on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma odebrala všechny neparfemované čaje z pultu (kde si zákazníci mohli vybrat, přivonět a vidět i cenu) a umístila je do plechových krabic na stěnu, kam může jen obsluha. Chodili jsme tam leta letoucí, dál již nikdy! The company took all the unpainted teas from the counter (where customers could choose, smell and see the price) and placed them in tin boxes on a wall where only the operator could. We went there for years flying, never again!
J	Jan Jung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hezké voňavé místo kde si můžete koupit širokou paletu šajů. Jednu hvězdičku strhávám za přístup prodavačů. Víc úsměvů a pozitivnější vibe a bylo by to na 5* :) A nice fragrant place where you can buy a wide variety of teas. I deduct one star for the approach of the sellers. More smiles and more positive vibe and it would be 5 * :)
P	Pavel Černý on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velký výběr čajů a příjemná obsluha,je pravda že čaje jsou v plechovkách na stěně ale není naprosto žádný problém požádat obsluhu o příčichnutí k čaji. Vždy přijdu s tím že potrebuji něco "probrat" "uspat" "zklidnit" vždy odcházím spokojený! Large selection of teas and pleasant service, it is true that the teas are in cans on the wall but there is absolutely no problem to ask the staff to smell the tea. I always come up with the fact that I need to "talk" "sleep" "calm" I always leave satisfied!
R	Rei Kyuuto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi oceňuji novou službu Klikni a vyzvedni. Čaj si pouze objednám přes internet a při vyzvednutí nemusím čekat frontu, kterou bych normálně čekal. Obsluha zvládla moji objednávku perfektně :) I really appreciate the new Click and Pick up service. I just order tea over the internet and I don't have to wait for the queue I would normally expect when picking it up. The staff handled my order perfectly :)
J	Josef Kolín on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při včerejší návštěvě obchodu jsem slíbil prodejci, že po ochutnávce kávy napíši recenzi. Tak prosím. Jedno po druhém. Rozumím tomu, že takový obchod jistě není tak koncentrovaný, jako supermarket naproti a že se jeho prodavač nudí, ale že nezvedne hlavu ani po pozdravu a má jí utopenou v telefonu, téměř nevěda o zákaznících, svědčí o raném stádiu imbecility. Přivonět ke kávě se může pouze přes respirátor, čili každá voní téměř stejně. Zhrozil jsem se, když jsem slyšel, že nějaká káva voní po citrónu, jiná po pomeranči, jiná zas po čokoládě. Netuším, odkud pochází tato dezinformace, avšak acidita (kyselost) neznamená, že káva bude vonět po citrónu. Když se budu chtít pozvracet, nakapu si citrón, či pomeranč do kávy sám. A teď k samotné chuti. Není vše zlato, co se třpytí. Obyčejná, vsadil bych se, že konzumní namísto výběrové (avšak to nemohu s jistotou potvrdit) chuť klasického "turka" (byť bezprostředně po namletí). Nic špatného, ale v porovnání s kávou u okénka na Smíchovském nádraží je to ostuda jak v ceně, tak v kvalitě. I understand that such a store is certainly not as concentrated as the supermarket opposite and that its salesman is bored, but that he does not raise his head even after the greeting and has drowned her on the phone, almost ignorant of customers, testifies to the early stage of imbecility. You can only smell coffee through a respirator, so everyone smells almost the same. I was horrified to hear that some coffee smelled of lemon, another of orange, another of chocolate. I have no idea where this misinformation comes from, but acidity does not mean that coffee will smell like lemon. If I want to vomit, I drip lemon or orange into my coffee myself. And now to the very taste. Not all that glitters is gold. Ordinary, I would bet that the consumer instead of the selective (but I can not confirm for sure) taste of the classic "Turk" (albeit immediately after grinding). Nothing wrong, but compared to coffee at the window at Smíchov railway station, it's a disgrace both in price and quality. Josef Kolín

I	Iana Averianova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awfully rude staff, I’m only giving 2 stars cause I’ve been your customers for long enough already, and never have I ever been treated as rudely as in your store at smichov, my boyfriend was kicked out of the store due to the new law, and we fully support this, but the couple before us were together in the store and stayed there for at least 5-7 minutes, when I asked why can’t we enter together they said it was a mistake, we totally understand the new rules, but please treat all your customers evenly, we wanted to purchase a lot of presents for Xmas in the store at the moment, but thanks to the staff we didn’t and no longer going to be your customer.
