Pak zavolali a nabídli slevu 120 korun. ale nikdy to nepřinesli. ordered food at Hotel Chariclea 100 meters from the restaurant. the food was not delivered. They said for 2 hours they couldn't find it. Then they called and offered a discount of 120 crowns. but they never brought it.

O hodinu později zavolali a začali se ptát na ulici a číslo domu. Snažili se tedy oddálit čas. Řekli jsme ulici Libushin, není tam žádné číslo domu, protože je to slepá ulice. Hotel je vidět na mapě Google. Po 2 hodinách zavolali a nabídli jednu porci tashky zdarma. Po dvou hodinách čekání je to prostě nestyda! Tashki už byly studené a my jsme je vůbec nechtěli, a proto jsme řekli, že jsme připraveni převzít 50% nákladů na celou objednávku. Zavolali znovu a řekli, že máme jít ven a někam jet, řidič prý nemůže dojet k hotelu, vysvětlili jsme, že je možné dojet, sami jsme zaparkovali poblíž. Nechutný! My a děti jsme zůstali hladoví a museli jsme si objednat jídlo jinde. Přiveden na pokoj za 30 minut. Ordered sushi and 2 servings of tashki for a child at the Chariclea Hotel. Delivery was promised within one hour. An hour later, they called and started asking about the street and the house number. So they tried to delay time. We said Libushin Street, there is no house number because it is a dead end street. The hotel is visible on the Google map. After 2 hours, they called and offered one free portion of tashka. After two hours of waiting, it's just not ashamed! Tashki was already cold and we didn't want them at all, so we said we were ready to take 50% of the cost of the entire order. They called again and said that we should go out and go somewhere, the driver said he couldn't get to the hotel, we explained that it was possible to drive, we parked nearby ourselves. Disgusting! We and the children stayed hungry and had to order food elsewhere. Brought to the room in 30 minutes.
