★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el número 26/4 de la calle Tomášská, muy cerca de la preciosa iglesia de San Nicolás, encontramos un edificio en cuya fachada destacan las figuras de un hombre y un ciervo. De probable autoría del escultor barroco checo Ferdinand Maxmilián Brokoff, la composición fue realizada en 1726 por encargo del dueño de la finca, el prestamista Jan Kašpar Friedrich, representando la revelación divina que tuvo San Huberto, patrono de los cazadores, cuando Cristo se le apareció entre las astas del ciervo que intentaba cazar en un bosque de las Ardenas. Es una preciosa fachada que solo nos supone un desvío de un par de minutos en nuestro camino hacia el castillo.
In the number 26/4 of Tomášská street, very close to the beautiful church of St. Nicholas, we find a building whose facade highlights the figures of a man and a deer. Probably authored by the Czech baroque sculptor Ferdinand Maxmilián Brokoff, the composition was made in 1726 on behalf of the owner of the estate, the lender Jan Kašpar Friedrich, representing the divine revelation that St. Hubert had, patron of the hunters, when Christ appeared to him among the antlers of the deer trying to hunt in an Ardennes forest. It is a beautiful facade that only involves a detour of a couple of minutes on our way to the castle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These estates were under the jurisdiction of the Augustinian Monastery at St. Tomas in the Middle Ages. Then there came a new patching of land, probably after a fire in 1541. The right part of the house probably stands in the place of the alley to the monastery, which was probably used until 1636. Originally a Renaissance house on a rectangular ground plan was commissioned by the owner Jan Kašpar Friedrich before 1725 in the Baroque style, designed by Kilián Ignác Dientzhofofer. A house sign - a statue by Ferdinand Maxmilian Brokoff with a motif of a meeting of St. Hubert with a miraculous deer - is placed above the double portal in the nice. The authorship is attributed to Brokoffs because both of them worked at the time to rebuild the monastery.
Pozemky v okolí ve středověku patřily pod jurisdikci kláštera augustiniánů u sv. Tomáše. Nejspíše po požáru roku 1541 došlo k nové parcelaci. Pravá část domu nejspíše stojí na místě uličky ke klášteru, která byla užívána zřejmě do roku 1636. Původně renesanční dům na obdélném půdorysu nechal majitel Jan Kašpar Friedrich před rokem 1725 barokně přestavět dle návrhu Kiliána Ignáce Dientzhofofera. Nad dvojitým portálem je v nice osazeno domovní znamení - socha od Ferdinanda Maxmiliána Brokoffa s motivem setkání svatého Huberta se zázračným jelenem. Autorství je přisuzováno Brokoffům, protože oba v té době pracovali na přestavbě kláštera.
