The worst school, the worst teachers .. The old semetrics themselves teach here .. No one else wants to teach here .. The best representative has left and she is so bad ... Only thanks to her freshmen that they wrote her as the best teacher of the year, that they were her freshmen .. They went all over the school for the children to vote for her .. Because she brought animals to the beep .. Then you can buy a beep .. So, I hate Duba, the Doksy are better !!!?

Požáry v letech 1692 a 1711 zničily všechny originály privilegií, jež Dubá časem dosáhla (mimo jiné i původní kroniku). Druhou příčinou bývaly nakažlivé epidemie, jež měly velký vliv na vylidňování města. The village was first mentioned in 1253 in the letter of King Wenceslas I. In the last century, however, a Slavic burial ground was discovered, proving the settlement of Dubá already in the 11th century. The famous aristocratic Berkas of Dubá came from these places, they dominated the vast territory of northern Bohemia in the Middle Ages. Its castle, which stood by the road above the cinema, is now reminded only by terrain inequalities. In 1622 the castle and other Berk things and objects were taken and handed over to Albrecht of Wallenstein. One of the reasons why Dubá never grew up in a bigger city is the numerous fires where the city has always been lying almost to ashes. The fires in 1692 and 1711 destroyed all the originals of the Dubá town privileges, including the original town chronicle. The second cause was the contagious epidemic, which had a major impact on the depopulation of the city.

Dubá is a suitable starting point for hiking. There is a shop, ATM, restaurant, 2 cafes and more. Good connection with Prague, you are there by bus in an hour. Recommended hikes are to Nedvězí, Beškovský kopec, Nedamov, Berštejn and others (you can get off the bus from Prague, for example in Zakšín or Deštná, and walk through Nedvězí and Dražejov to the city). In summer, good swimming in the Black Pond, where there is also a camp. Formerly. Unfortunately, Hotel Slavie is still out of operation, the reconstruction has stalled. It was supposed to be at least the city's cultural house, still out of sight.
