The buildings are of medieval origin with preserved cellars, which were rebuilt in the Renaissance and then Baroque. A major reconstruction took place after 1449, when the former rychta was bought by the city. Both side houses were connected to the town hall and significantly rebuilt in the years 1939 - 1941 according to the design of Dr. Ing. architect Josef Šebek.
