Ich habe mir ein neues Autos gekauft und um dieses vor Steinschlägen zu schützen bin ich von Wien nach Excalibur gefahren und habe während dem einkaufen das Fahrzeug bei Milano Car abgegeben. Die aufgabe war transparente Steinschlagschutzfolie auf Motorhaube und Stoßstange aufzutragen. Das Ergebnis war leider mehr als nur traurig. Überall waren sehr viele Blasen verteilt. Zusätzlich wurde die beklebte Fläche nicht richtig gereinigt wodurch sich nun Schmutz an mehreren Stellen unter der Folie befindet. Der Folierer meinte dass es nicht besser geht und die Blasen normal sind (stimmt nicht, habe andere Erfahrungen gemacht) und zum Schmutz meinte er "man kann Staub nicht verschwinden lassen" hier handelt es sich aber nicht um Staub sondern Schmutz. Ich war hier das Erste und auch das letzte Mal. It's the first review on this site and I have to rate it with a star. I bought a new car and in order to protect it from rockfalls I drove from Vienna to Excalibur and during the shopping I left the vehicle at Milano Car. The task was to apply transparent stone guard film on hood and bumper. The result was unfortunately more than sad. There were a lot of bubbles everywhere. In addition, the glued surface was not cleaned properly so that dirt is now in several places under the film. The Folierer said that it is not better and the bubbles are normal (not true, have other experiences) and the dirt he said "you can not make dust disappear" this is not dust but dirt. I was the first and last time here.
S	Strahle Mann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe eine komplett Reinigung gebucht. Diese wurde sehr schlampig durchgeführt. Innen: In jede ecke wurde nicht ordentlich rein gewischt. Reinigungsmittel wurde auf das Armaturenbrett etc gesprüht und nicht ordentlich eingearbeitet. Bei Sonneneinstrahlung war das ganze Armaturenbrett fleckig von den Reinigungsmittel Resten. Der Dachhimmel wurde gereinigt wobei an den stellen wo der Himmel endete überall das Reinigungsmittel runter gelaufen ist und hässliche gelbe Flecken am Kunststoff hinterlassen hatte. Musste ich zuhause nochmals nachreinigen. Die Rücksitze auf der Kofferraum Seite wurden nicht gereinigt. Aussen: Politurreste an jeder Kante. Lackschäden wurden ohne Rücksprache mit mir mit einen Lackstift ausgebessert, welcher nicht im Ansatz der Wagenfarbe entsprach. Politur generell auch sehr schlampig. (Kleiner Kratzer hab ich mir dann zu Hause selber raus polieren müssen da sie es nicht hingekriegt haben) Kundensupport: Auf meine Beschwerde Mail wurde bis Heute (2 Monate nach Reinigung) nicht reagiert. Hauptsache das Geld wurde sofort kassiert. Fazit: Nie wieder und nicht zu empfehlen. Preis/Leistung grauenhaft. Have a complete cleaning booked. This was done very sloppy. Inside: In every corner was not properly cleaned. Detergent was sprayed on the dashboard etc and not properly incorporated. In sunlight, the whole dashboard was stained by the detergent residue. The headliner was cleaned where at the places where the sky ended everywhere the cleaning agent had run down and had left ugly yellow spots on the plastic. I had to clean again at home. The rear seats on the trunk side were not cleaned. Outside: Polishing rests on each edge. Lack damages were repaired without consultation with me with a Lackstift, which corresponded not in the beginning of the body color. Polish generally very sloppy. (I had to polish off a little scratch myself at home because they did not manage it) customer Support: On my complaint mail was not reacted to today (2 months after cleaning). Main thing the money was cashed immediately. Conclusion: Never again and not recommended. Price / performance horrible.
