★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re unlucky, you get Window 1 (MARTIN) who is a young guy refusing to communicate. He has an attitude. I had him many times and I conclude that he is just miserable himself.
Don’t worry! It’s not your problem! Wait until other his colleagues pass and ask for help, then you will be fine ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best office i ve visited so far, the staff is really friendly, especially Petra Vážná, she is very kind and nice. The only problem is the machine with tickets. If you made an appointment via internet, it shows that your pin is not valid. But no worries, just go inside and tell them, they will find you in the system:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really rude, what's wrong with those staff working there. If you are not satisfied with the amount of money you are earning by working in this office then quit and find a better job please!!! It seems that's a case there as they try to bash foreigners who are mostly international students. Living in a foreign country, not knowing their language, paying tuition fee, life expenses with no income, being away from family and so on... international student already are facing so many troubles and you guys please dont put more pressure on them instead being nice and friendly is much more pleasant than being rude.
I got an appointment by a letter and when I went there my name was not on the list and no one was willing to help me without a ticket number from kiosk then I had to pick a random name unfortunately, as I had no other choice. long story short one staff responsible for giving biometric card found my card and gave it to me with attitude and rolling eyes. OMG is it my problem that my name was not on the list or what?!!! im so disappointed, just hopefully their way of treating international students gonna end soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly nice staff. In all the other branches of Ministry of Immigration the staff is mostly unbelievably rude and refuses to speak any language but Czech. In Hladkov, however, the staff seems very nice and helpful most of the time. I hope the other branches will be like that one day also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here several times and have always had a wonderful experience. Especially the guys from cabin 8 and cabin 10(Martin) are just awsome. I had missed an appointment to collect my card and went there early the next working day, they were very friendly, spoke English and welcomed me even though there was still 10mins left to open the facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited and applied in this subsidiary of Czech Republic's Ministry of Interior several times now, and was always met with friendly attitude and supportive staff. Most of the times I lacked a document or two, or had a complication which only I was responsible for. And each time the workers, who are under a considerable load of work fatigue, provided me with a helpful advice or were compassionate and considerate. They helped me and answered all my questions to their best ability. In the 5 years I have been visiting them I had no bad experience with the MOI here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I met really kind and sincere person mvcr in Hladkov, but I was there and I met really cynical person. I know I asked something stupid, but the problem is she did always scoffing to her customer. Not all of customers are expert about document. Don't forget that, one of that kind of person can damage the reputation of others, who is really working hard in there.

I don't know the name but a blond lady official with short hair and glasses working at counter 11 today was the most sympathetic and lovely official I have met so far in this office. A simple smile instead of sarcastic remarks is always well appreciated and can work wonders sometimes.
