★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budova Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí je součástí architektonického komplexu ministerských budov pod Emauzy vystavěných v letech 1924 - 1929. Celý projekt zpracoval známý architekt Bohumil Hypšman tak, aby plně respektoval dominantní postavení kláštera Na Slovanech. Samotná budova byla projektována souměrně s budovou Ministerstva zdravotnictví České republiky. Nejcennější z celé budovy je komunikační prostor a schodiště. Schody jsou opracovány speciální metodou, aby budily dojem, že jsou z jednoho celku. Postranní obložení je realizováno z nerostu Barranditu s otisky živočichů z Mezolitu.
The building of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs is part of the architectural complex of ministerial buildings under Emmausy Monastery built between 1924 and 1929. The whole project was designed by the well-known architect Bohumil Hypšman to fully respect the dominant position of the monastery. The building itself was designed symmetrically with the building of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic. The most valuable of the whole building is the communication space and the staircase. The stairs are treated with a special method to give the impression that they are from one unit. The side cladding is made of Barrandite mineral with prints of animals from the Mesolithic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ministerstvo prý chtělo pomoci svým důchodcům a vymyslel "někdo" jakousi seniorskou obálku, která by měla být na radnicích, kde ji nenájděte.
Tak si ji prý máte stáhnout z webu a vytisknout. Kdoví kolik dostal "někdo" za ten projekt, když slouží je málo lidem ... :-(
The ministry wanted to help its retirees and invented "someone" a kind of senior envelope, which should be in the town hall, where you do not find it.
So you have to download it from the web and print it. Who knows how much "somebody" got for the project, when they serve few people ... :-(
