 It was the seat of the fire station in the 19th century. The golden decorations on the roof are used by the firefighters, such as the helmet, the ladder, the rope, the water gun, the axe and other statues on both sides, which show the scene of the firefighters saving people and calling for help.

Beautiful building. Highlights its carved entrance and the gold of its balconies and shields. The facade is topped by a semicircle fresco guarded by two statues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist makes Little Britain seem like a 5 star review. I'm used to government buildings having rude staff but they were actively unhelpful.
Asking whether at 11.55 people were still working or were on lunch break they got us to start the process of phoning random numbers as the receptionist did not know which number to call. You don't go in to speak to someone to stamp your form, you call from a lobby telephone and wait for them to come down, to tell you that you need someone else and phone a different number. After trying all of the numbers she told us the staff were on break. For an hour. That's okay, it was written on the door. But, coming back after 13 and being only 2 people waiting there it took 40 minutes...40 minutes to deal with 2 people? I can only imagine if Lidl had this level of inefficiency.
It's also funny that the 5 star reviews are of people reviewing the outside of the building.
