Mlsná holka
Jmenuji se Hanka a Mlsná holka se roku 2017 stala mým splněným snem. Již na střední škole mě bavilo péct dorty a přála jsem si jednoho dne otevřít svoji vlastní cukrárnu, kavárnu, podnik? V té době jsem si ale nebyla jistá, zda svůj sen budu moci někdy realizovat, a proto jsem se rozhodla nastoupit na vysokou školu, konkrétně na lékařskou fakultu. Poté, co jsem absolvovala zahraniční stáž na oddělení chirurgie, jsem si však definitivně uvědomila, že to není TO, co bych chtěla dělat celý svůj život. Být lékařem má být posláním, ne zaměstnáním. Sebrala jsem tedy veškerou odvahu a rozhodla se jít za tím, v co jsem věřila. Věřila jsem, že pokud do toho půjdu naplno, může se můj sen stát realitou.
Musím zaklepat. Od chvíle, kdy jsme otevřeli, se u nás dveře netrhnou a já jsem za to moc vděčná. Ze začátku jsem dělala vše sama, od vymýšlení receptů, pečení, až po následný prodej. Dnes mám již kolem sebe tým šikovných holek, které se vše bezvadně naučily a některé věci již dokonce zvládají lépe než já. Na začátku byly pouze donuty, ke kterým jsem postupně přidala i makronky. Náš sortiment se ale stále rozrůstá a já doufám, že to tak i zůstane. Kromě eclairs a dortů pro Vás do budoucna vymýšlíme i mnoho dalších dobrot, které Vám určitě zachutnají. Ostatně to je i důvod, proč jsem vymyslela název Mlsná holka. Věděla jsem, že jen u donutů to nezůstane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the cinnamon roll here, I found weird that they didn’t offer me to put it in the oven some minutes to have it warm.. so I ate my roll cold. The cream that is suppose to be sweet was really acid which make me doubtful of how many days the roll was there. the donuts looked amazing but not sure I will came back after this doubtful experience

We came around 17h and they didn't had any donuts ? Macarons had interesting taste ( sweet caramel, mango/maracuya) and a little bit of artifical flavour. Nothing special. A bit chewy. Like a bubble gum. ?
Cinnamon roll was ok. I would like it much better if it was warm. This way it was a bit dry. ?
Coffee latte was great. I can reccomend it.☕ I like interior of the place as well. Service was ok, but nothing more. ??
Edit: I gave this place a second chance and had donuts and a hot chocolate. Donuts were good, but they could be more fresh. WARNING: IF YOU ARE COMING FOR DONUTS: COME IN THE MORNING. ? For donuts it us really important that they are fresh. We liked the "peanut butter and forest fruit" donut better then "lotus cookies" one.
Hot chocolate was pretty good. ☕A bit watered down, but it came with awesome marsmallows. ?
I can reccomend this place for a coffee and donuts, but only in morning hours. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This would be a perfect place for a date. Right in a city center with nice interior, thought-through details, decorations. I liked that very much. The donuts at this place are too sweet for me so the next time I will try another place, but this is my personal taste preference.
Besides donuts, the place offers also macrons, good coffee and some other drinks.
The waitress asked me and my friend how do we like the donuts of our choices while eating them at the table. I describe service as great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super great Brno bake shop.while personal health issues preclude my tasting their treats, the are loved by Czech friends and make great gifts. it always smells fantastic inside.yhe staff is friendly and speak Czech and English well.too bad they do not have big mama sized tshirts...next time XXL.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to rest during the Brno sightseeing. Cafe was good and service as well. The selection of cakes is not the usual pick of sweetshops. The rest rooms are appropriate and cleaned well. What is great added value is the free fresh water for all customers. I liked it here.
