The only shops there are from this brand are in Prague I think. Nice and good price

Not expensive. Beautiful clothing. Lots of jeans to choose, soft sweaters and juicy colors.

Located inside Reserved multi-level store; however, Mohito section itself isn’t big.

Really nice clothes.... if you are a size 36-40! Found only 2 pairs of pants that went to a size 42.

The branch office of Mohito which is located in Prague 1, Vaclavcske namesti is the worst branch shop in Prague. I had a situation in which I wanted to return a good (belt) because it did not fit well, I came to the shop to return the good, and the cashier lady was very rude with me. On the check they had a small text saying that during 14 days I can change it and doing 3 days I can return it. The beginning of the conversation was in English and when I started to show her an article from Czech Constitution which says that, during 14 days I can return a good without any reason for that. To my response she started to speak in Czech saying that she does not understand English after she blamed me that I'm talking rude with her, pointing that I was speaking my native language with my friend who where on the phone with me during the whole conversation. At the end of the dialog I asked her name so I could call a manager and her response was misleading. Firstly, she said that they do not have manager, then she stated, that she is a (vedouci) and that I have to talk with her, then she pointed that manager will be tomorrow. When I showed her the article from Czech Constitution, she said this: "Nic ne pracuje podle Ceskeho zakonu". This words shocked me. Then she said she will call a police because I'm not right and they have cameras. By the way, I did not say any rude words to her address.I was using "bawdy"in a conversation with my friend who was on the phone that time. But, who said that bawdy is not legal? This is unbelievable how they treat their clients.This is unbelievable how she is treating her own government laws. I'm a constant consumer buying clothes at Mohito shop very often and I see this "service" for the first time. This is unbelievable how they speak with foreign minorities. Certainly, she did not left me any name, but on the check it is Jana C. ( I will not post her surname, I think managers know it without my response if not contact me, which will never happen of course) Will I go there next time? Probably not. This is my advice for tourists be careful with this branch and if you have an opportunity shop at different branches. By the way, when she changed my good (belt) to a smaller size she wanted to give a broken one. This is just a belt and I know it is not so important, but when somebody points you out that you are foreigner, when somebody speaks to you in such inappropriate manner this is not good. Have a nice evening and be careful while shopping at that branch.

Very cheap shop with good clothing, not very well placed though (in the middle of Václavské náměstí), so it can be kinda crowded. But that can make it more accessible for most tourists, so it's not really a bad thing.
