Tonight i was at your store the one in Václavské nám. 9, 110 00 Nové Město.
The lady who works there refused to let me in because i forgot to take off the security tag in my sweater. I was trying to tell her that I am going to take it off even though i had no scissors nearby. But she refused and she pushed me out of the store. This behaviour is outrageous I did nothing wrong !
I hope that this behaviour would be sanctionned and that it will not happen again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually I like the stuff of this brand, but this branch is just too ridiculous. Our baby just touched, I mean really only touched!, one shirt and the stuff told us that’s not possible and babys are not welcomed here. Go to see reserved at the big mall, much better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really rude service, was charger 100 kc more than the price on tag. Also I was standing where stickers on the floor ware to wait in a line, while other customers makes a line in a different place where was no stickers indications on the floor, cashier should point that out to them, instead she serviced them first.
