★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The monastery gardens lie at the former Piarist monastery, between two Litomyšl churches. Not far from the castle, on a hill above the city. During the recent reconstruction, they were transformed into a representative city garden. The area of today's Monastery gardens belongs historically to the Probošt temple of the Ascension of Sts. The Cross, the Piarist Monastery with the Church The Cross and the August printer. Before the construction of the Baroque Piarist Temple, it was renaissance. The later modifications were baroque, even there was a kitchen and fruit garden.
