Současně děkovali novému majiteli panství Ferdinandu Markvartovi Harrachovi za finanční pomoc při stavbě této statue (na vrchní čelní straně soklu je harrachovský znak). Pískovcový morový sloup je vysoký 12 metrů. It dates from 1717 - 21 by the sculptor Antonín Appeller from Litomyšl. The work was built by the burgers of former Kyšperk as a thanks for avoiding the plague epidemic. At the same time, they thanked the new owner of the estate, Ferdinand Markvart Harrach, for their financial assistance in the construction of this statue (the Harrachov coat of arms is on the top of the plinth). J	Jarek Quatro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mariánský morový sloup byl postaven v čistě barokním slohu za hraběte Joachyma Harracha sochařem Antonínem Appellerem z Litomyšle, jako poděkování za to, že se městu vyhnul mor. Základní kámen byl položen roku 1717 a v roce 1725 bylo sousoší slavnostně posvěceno. Na stavbu bylo použito pískovce z mladějovského lomu, který se nachází nedaleko Moravské Třebové. Morový sloup je vysoký 15 metrů. Zdobí jej plastiky sv. Karla Boromejského (patrona proti moru), sv. Floriána (patrona proti ohni), sv. Rocha (ochránce dobytka) a sv. Šebastiána (ochránce před nemocemi). Na balustrádě jsou andělé znázorněni jako světlonoši, na spodním nosném patře jsou reliéfy ze života Panny Marie. Na východní straně sloupu je erb hraběte Harracha, který stavbu zčásti financoval. Celé sousoší je zakončeno zlacenou sochou Panny Marie, která střeží a ochraňuje město u svých nohou. Morový sloup byl v letech 1994 - 1995 restaurován. The Marian Plague Column was built in a purely Baroque style under Count Joachym Harrach by sculptor Antonín Appeller from Litomyšl, as a thank you for the fact that the city avoided the plague. The foundation stone was laid in 1717 and in 1725 the sculptural group was solemnly consecrated. Sandstone from the Mladějov quarry, located near Moravská Třebová, was used for the construction. The plague column is 15 meters high. It is decorated with sculptures of St. Karel Boromejský (patron against the plague), St. Florian (patron against fire), St. Roch (protector of cattle) and St. Sebastian (protector against diseases). On the balustrade, the angels are depicted as light bearers, on the lower supporting floor are reliefs from the life of the Virgin Mary. On the east side of the column is the coat of arms of Count Harrach, who partially financed the construction. The whole sculpture ends with a gilded statue of the Virgin Mary, which guards and protects the city at its feet. The plague column was restored in 1994-1995.
