D	David Linhart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedařilo se mi dovolat, ale když to mám po cestě dom z práce, stavil jsem se. Paní mi vysvětlila jak to funguje(ochotně a příjemně) nelze se objednat (velké zklamaní), přede mnou několik aut a čekání 2 hodiny. Pokud jsem zde tak tedy počkám. Čekám ve frontě na emise (celkem rychlé), přijdu na řadu a mám platit hotově(kartou se nedá). Emise rychle hotové tak s lepší náladou jdu zaplatit další část prohlídky, koukám terminál. Ptám se: "Lze platit kartou?", odpověď: "Samozřejmě". Nerozumím proč jedna část lze platit a druhá nikoliv i když je jeden vlastník? Znovu mírně rozladěn jdu znovu čekat až půjdu na řadu (bylo to opravdu během chvilky). Technik slušně požádal aby vyčkal v kanceláři. Za půl hodiny technik profesionálně přistavil auto, předal klíče a doklady. Velice jsem byl překvapen nakonec ochotou, příjemností a profesionalitou personálu. Dávám o jednu hvězdu méně skrze objednávkový systém, který bych i tak uvítal. I couldn't call, but when I got home from work on the way, I stopped. The lady explained to me how it works (willingly and pleasantly) can not be ordered (very disappointed), in front of me a few cars and waiting 2 hours. If I'm here, I'll wait. I'm waiting in line for issues (quite fast), it's my turn and I have to pay in cash (it's not possible with a card). The emissions are done quickly, so with a better mood I'm going to pay for another part of the tour, I'm looking at the terminal. I ask: "Can I pay by card?", The answer: "Of course". I don't understand why one part can be paid and the other not even if there is one owner? Slightly upset again, I'm going to wait again for my turn (it was really in a moment). The technician politely asked him to wait in the office. In half an hour, the technician professionally delivered the car, handed over the keys and documents. In the end, I was very surprised by the willingness, pleasantness and professionalism of the staff. I give one star less through the ordering system, which I would still welcome.

Dnes po telefonátu jsem byl informovát, že neobjednávají, protože o to není zájem a lidé by si stejně jezdili kdy chtějí a stejně bych se dostal prý na řadu až za 3 měsíce... Když přijedu, počkám si 4 a více hodin, ať s tím počítám. Na webu info, že je možné ráno nechat auto a odpoledne vyzvednout, pro info volejte pobočku, ještě jednou jsem zavolal, bylo mi sděleno, že nic takového, že si to musím "vystát" a když příjdu ráno v 7, i tak bude čekací doba 3 a více hodin. Za sebe doporučuji nejezdit, nevolat a neobtěžovat. Neklientský přístup. I used to be here twice. When I arrive, I will wait 4 or more hours to by that I count. On the info website that it is possible to leave the car in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon, call the branch for the info, I called again, I was told that there is no such thing that I have to "stand it" and when I arrive at 7 in the morning, it will still be waiting time 3 and more hours. I recommend not driving, not calling and not bothering. Non-client approach.
R	Radek Tichý on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem s problemem na aute pozadat technika,jestli by se me nepodival ze spodu,jestli tam neni neco spatne. Uz pani na recepci,me velmi ochotne pomohla s domluvou s technikem. Po teto ,pro me velmi dobre zkusenosti,jsem tam jel i na technickou. A musim rict,ze jsem byl velice spokojen. Ochota,slusnost,rychlost psat nebudu,vsechno chce svuj cas..ale po predchozich zkusenostech z tech.na Videnske,kde je arogance uz od recepce a provazi celou prohlidku,uz jinam nepojedu. I had a problem with the car asking a technician if he would look at me from below, if there was something wrong. Already at the reception, she was very happy to help me with an appointment with a technician. After this, very good experience for me, I also went there for technical. And I must say that I was very satisfied. I will not write willingness, decency, speed, everything wants my time ... but after previous experience from technology in Videnska, where arrogance is already from the reception and accompanies the whole tour, I will not go anywhere else.

Vcelku arogantní jednání a i přesto že zavírací doba byla až za 2hod a žádný zákazník tam nebyl tak smůla, jen na objednávku. Big disappointment, still just to order and at the same time the other MOTs are already running in normal mode. Quite arrogant behavior and even though the closing time was in 2 hours and no customer was so unlucky, just to order.
M	Martin Sikora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Větší STK stanice, bohužel není moc pro-klientska a hlavně v kanceláři nejsou často moc příjemní, časté je dlouhé čekání. Larger MOT stations, unfortunately, is not very pro-client and especially in the office they are often not very pleasant, long waits are common.
