★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a swing. The quality was awful: rusty inside and parts didn't fit because one tubes was spoilt. I called and wrote several times to return it and the customers service specialist recommended me to return it on my own, even though I have spent around a thousand for its delivery. On the phone I was promised to have it arranged quickly by the reclamation specialist and and no news still.
My birthday present is spoilt. It is very difficult to reach them on their customer line. An awful shop, awful service and I don't recommend it to anyone
