★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přidávám pozitivní zkušenost, dnes jsem přišel s telefonem Honor9 z důvodu toho, že mi vypadávál kabel z telefonu. Obsluha mi vzala telefon na dílnu, vyčistil vstup do telefonu a vše fungovalo jak má. Vše bylo zdarma, doporučuji.
I add a positive experience, today I came with the Honor9 phone because of my phone cable dropping. The operator took my phone to the workshop, cleared the phone and everything worked as she should. It was all free, I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U MP mobil jsem koupil iPhone 6s v dobrém stavu, téměř jako nový. A ze začátku fungoval bezvadně. Po asi měsíci z ničeho nic přestal fungovat nešel ani zapnout. Tak jsem jim ho odnesl na reklami a po 30 dnech mi řekli, že telefon přišel do styku s vodou a tím pádem mi ho neopraví. Já si jsem jistý, že telefon nebyl ani ve vlhku. Na fotkách ze servisního středisky byly vidět zarezlé šrouby na základní desce. Ta koroze se tam za několik málo týdnů ani nestihne vytvořit, takže je evidentní, že mi prodali telefon, který byl utopený už před tím. Jakékoliv pokusy o vyřešení situace byly marné, zaměstnanci nebyli ani trošku nápomocní, spíše bych řekl arogantní. Řekli, že s tím nic udělat nemohou a že bych věc musel řešit s majitelem. Na něj mi ovšem odmítli dát kontakt. Domluvil jsem se s nimi tedy, že majiteli dají telefon na mne a on mi zavolá.
To se bohužel nestalo. Dnes jsem si pro telefon zašel (asi po třech měsícíh) a řekli mi, že ho ekologicky zlikvodovali a tudíž ho už nikdy neuvidím. Na to nejspíš ze zákona mají právo, ale mohli o tom dát vědět. A majitel se prý neozval, protože se s nikým nebude bavit.
V MP mobil mě tedy připravili o 12 000 korun. Nákup u nich rozhodně nedoporučuji.
For the MP mobile I bought an iPhone 6s in good condition, almost like new. And from the beginning it worked perfectly. After about a month he stopped working out of nowhere, he couldn't even turn it on. So I took it to them on commercials, and after 30 days they told me that the phone had come in contact with water and would not fix it for me. I'm sure the phone wasn't even wet. The photos from the service center showed rusted screws on the system board. The corrosion won't even get there in a few weeks, so it's obvious they sold me a phone that had been drowned before. Any attempts to resolve the situation were in vain, the staff were not at all helpful, I would rather arrogant. They said they couldn't do anything about it and that I would have to deal with the owner. However, they refused to contact me. So I agreed with them that they would give the owner a phone call to me and he would call me.
Unfortunately, this did not happen. Today I went for the phone (after about three months) and they told me that they had disposed of it ecologically and therefore I would never see it again. They probably have a right to do so by law, but they could let it know. And the owner said he didn't call, because he wouldn't talk to anyone.
So they deprived me of 12,000 crowns in MP mobil. I definitely do not recommend buying from them.
