★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co me fakt vytaci je to, ze i kdyz jsou ordinacni hodiny, tak je problem se dovolat, resp. to nikdo nezveda. Je to tak pokazde a nemohu se dovolat treba pulku jejich pracovni doby. Neni to prijemne, kdyz je vam zle. Chapu, ze behem covidu se musi nejdriv volat, ale tak at ten telefon nekdo zvedne. Jinak nemam vytky.
What really bothers me is that even though there are office hours, it is a problem to call, respectively. nobody knows that. It's always like that and I can't call for a regiment of their working hours. It's not pleasant when you're sick. I understand that during the covid one must first call, but even if someone picks up the phone. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V této ordinaci nemáte pokaždé štěstí na svou ošetřující lékařku, záleží na dni, nemoci či dovolené, kdy se pak setkáte s úplně cizí doktorkou nebo musíte navštívit polikliniku Lípa, kde mají domluvené zastoupení. Z těchto důvodů, kdy potřebujete pomoc nebo poradit se, musíte opět zopakovat vše o svém zdravotním stavu, jelikož by nastudování karty pacienta bylo zdlouhavé. Ordinační hodiny jsou taky někdy pouze orientační, lepší si zavolat a zjistit, zda tam opravdu jsou.

For these reasons, when you need help or advice, you have to repeat everything about your health again, as the study of the patient card would be lengthy. The office hours are sometimes only indicative, better to call and see if they really are there.
