★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V této ordinaci byla odmítnuta péče o akutní stav apatického postaršího králíka, protože jsme nebyli předem objednaní. Paní na recepci nabídla jako jedinou alternativu ponechat zvíře na místě s tím, že se k němu časem někdo dostane - bez konzultace s veterinářem. Dlouholetý člen rodiny po ošetření v jiné ordinaci nakonec nepřežil (což by se nejspíše stalo tak jako tak). Po této zkušenosti budeme se psem chodit jinam. Možná by se pan doktor měl zamyslet nad personálem.
In this office, care for the acute condition of an apathetic elderly rabbit was refused because we were not pre-ordered. The lady at the reception offered as the only alternative to leave the animal in place, with the fact that someone will get to it over time - without consulting a veterinarian. The long-term member of the family did not survive after treatment in another surgery (which would probably happen anyway). After this experience we will go with the dog elsewhere. Maybe the doctor should think about the staff.
