★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Náš případ: Nejdříve ubezpečují, že nevyžadují exkluzivitu a že provizi platí budoucí nájemník, pak když už seženou zájemce, tak jim kvůli jejich absolutně neprofesionálnímu přístupu u prohlídky uteče k jiné RK (která nabízela stejnou nemovitost) a následuje to, že paní jednatelka s ruským přízvukem začne vyhrožovat soudem a platebním rozkazem, když jí jako majitelé nezaplatíme provizi...když jsme se snažili vysvětlit, že s nimi nemáme žádnou smlouvu a je to jejich vizitka, když jim zájemce utekl jinam a že s tím nemáme nic společného, tak nás 2 dny intenzivně bombardovala zprávami (typu poslední možnost než budeme řešit soudně apod.) a telefonáty. Když z nás nic nekáplo, začala vyhrožovat žalobou té druhé RK. Šílené a nikdy více!

When none of us fell, she began to threaten the other RK with a lawsuit. Crazy and never again!
