★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem občan s pobytem v tomto městě a přispívám na zlepšování a estetiku tohoto města Říčany. Některý tady bydlí ale nejsou přihlášený trvalým pobytem ve městě a jen zneužívají výhody atd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pondělí, výměna ŘP. Přišel jsem v cca 13:00 vzal lísteček a čekal. Během 40 min jsem byl na řadě, u přepážky naprosto bez problému, milá paní co vše vysvětlila, nabídla expres vyřízení do 5 dnů (samo že si připlatíte), včetně vyfocení na nový ŘP to zabralo ani ne 10 minut. Co bych doporučil, dát na nástěnku papír s informací - pro výměnu ŘP dostanete vyplněný formulář u přepážky. Netřeba nic vyplňovat dopředu, tuto informaci jsem nikde kolem sebe nenašel.

What I would recommend to put paper with information on the bulletin board - you will receive a completed form at the counter for the exchange of the driving license. Jen o kousíček překročíš rychlost a stupidní vedení této vesničky tě sedře z kůže v rekordně krátkém čase.Jedny z největších pokut v Čr. A místní městapo? To je ukázka iq houpacího koně. Než příště do Říčan, to snad raději do Brna))

And the local city? This is an example of a rocking horse iq. Than next time to Říčany, perhaps it is better to Brno))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nehodnotím přímo úřad, ale město jako takové, a to z důvodu, že několikrát vyhrálo první místo jako nejlepší obec pro život. Nevím však proč. Město na mě nepůsobí jako něco extra, ale úplně tuctově jako plno jiných. Najdete v něm běžnou občanskou vybavenost přiměřenou k jeho velikosti a to je tak celé. Vyloženě ničím však nezaujme. Je tam plno ruin kazící tím celé ulice a provoz na silnicích srovnatelný s frekventovanou pražskou čtvrtí.
I do not evaluate the office directly, but the city as such, due to the fact that it has won first place several times as the best village to live. But I don't know why. The city doesn't look like anything extra to me, but quite a dozen like a lot of others. You will find in it the usual civic amenities appropriate to its size, and that is the whole thing. However, it clearly does not interest anything. It is full of ruins that spoil the whole street and the traffic on the roads comparable to the busy Prague district.
