★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view, but that is for free. Bought a ticket to a museum, but it was really complicated to which parts my ticket was valid, not transparent at all. The stuff in the museum was okey, but not much explanations (many also only in Czech).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must go-to when in Brno. The castle is quite large, both inside and outside, and it is quite a climb to get there. but very doable of course through a nice park. There is not much english explanation, for example it took me a while to find out where to buy the tickets to the museum. it is in a corner of the first square inside the walls. the main entrance to the museum is in the next (and last) square. I advice you to take some kind of translator app. It was quite disappointing that they do not have english translations in most of the exhibitions. In several rooms I had no clue what it was about. I do not remember a lot of the exhibition, I was a bit underwhelmed. The only thing that stuck was some kind of fireworks gallery. And the free view from the walls over all of brno.
There is also a museum under the castle, seperate entrance, which is very much worth it because of nice old kazemats.
