W	Wendy Vlašicová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nebýt toho, že jsme jako hosté restaurace dostaly prohlídku zdarma, byla bych velmi znechucena za tohle platit. Je moc fajn, že každá věc má své číselné označení, ale bez průvodce nebo aspoň psaného vysvětlení nám to bylo naprosto k ničemu. Pokud o tajných spolcích nic nevíte, je prohlídka tak na 3 minuty. Were it not for the fact that we, as guests of the restaurant, received a free tour, I would be very disgusted to pay for this. It's very nice that each thing has its own number, but without a guide or at least a written explanation, it was completely useless to us. If you don't know anything about secret societies, the tour is for 3 minutes.

Очень грубо разговаривали и сказали что для вас музея не будет. Позор и ещё раз позор This is a terrible service shameful, we waited for the guide to finish the tour to get on the next call. R	Robert First on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když jsme tam přišli, tak měli zavřeno. Zeptal jsem se, my bude otevřeno a sdělili mi, že jsou hotel a muzeum, takže teď tam bydlí hosté. Nechápu, proč to tedy provozují a proč to infocentrum ve Varech reklamuje? When we got there, they were closed. I asked, we will be open and they told me there was a hotel and a museum, so now the guests live there. So I don't understand why they run it and why the information center in Vary complains about it?
V	Veronika Fraňková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně tam nejezděte! Přijeli jsme na návštěvu v sobotu, bylo zavřeno. Ptali jsme se, zda bude otevřeno v neděli. Bylo nám řečeno, že ano, od desíti. Opakovali jsme tedy důvěřivě znovu hodinovou cestu a když jsme přijeli, bylo.... samozřejmě opět zavřeno. Dokonce jsem mluvila i s paní, která mi řekla, že to byla ona, co s námi včera mluvila a že není robot a že je zkrátka zavřeno. Arogantní krava, už nikdy víc. Definitely don't go there! We arrived for a visit on Saturday, it was closed. We asked if it would be open on Sunday. We were told yes, from ten. So we trusted the hour-long journey again, and when we arrived, it was ... closed again, of course. I even talked to the lady who told me that it was she who spoke to us yesterday and that she was not a robot and that she was simply closed. Arrogant cow, never again.
V	Vlad 99 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takže, jak začít... Přijeli jsme v pondělí, zavřeno. Bylo nám oznámeno, že je dnes sanitární den. Fajn, stane se. Ještě jsme se zeptali, jestli mají otevřeno ve středu, ačkoliv v průvodci je psané že ne. Ale víme z osobní zkušenosti, že ve zmíněném průvodci jsou chyby, co se týce otevírací a zavírací doby (například muzeum optických klamů) Bylo nám oznámeno že jistě, ve středu je otevřeno. Dnes je středa a přijeli jsme. Zavřeno. Když jsme se šli zeptat, tak nám místní personál dosti arogantně řekl, že ubytovávají hosty a že se s námi vůbec nebudou bavit, přičemž ještě padlo z jejich strany několik velmi nehezkých poznámek. We also asked if they were open on Wednesdays, although it is written in the guide that they are not. But we know from personal experience that there are mistakes in the mentioned guide regarding opening and closing times (for example, the Museum of Optical Illusions). We have been informed that it is certainly open on Wednesdays. Today is Wednesday and we arrived. Closed. When we went to ask, the local staff told us quite arrogantly that they were accommodating guests and that they would not talk to us at all, while a few very ugly remarks were made on their part.
M	Martina Sokolová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navštívili jsme expozici v rámci KV region card, expozice jako taková je zajímavá, ovšem bez jakéhokoliv popisu či komentáře/průvodce. V podstatě jde o to, že si jen prohlížíte zdi plné zarámovaných dokumentů v cizích jazycích a pár dalších předmětů umístěných v místnosti. We visited the exposition within the KV region card, the exposition as such is interesting, but without any description or comment / guide. Basically, you're just looking at walls full of framed documents in foreign languages and a few other objects placed in the room.
O	Ondrej Pilny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velké zklamání. Muzeum má několik set exemplářů s ruznými listinami, ale nejsou u nich vůbec žádné popisky. Pokud nejste zasvěcený odborník, tak se vůbec nic nedozvíte. Bylo nám řečeno že pan průvodce před chvílí zemřel a že všechno měl v hlavě, takže není nikdo kdo by předal ty informace dál. Vstupné kvůli tomu snížili na 75 CZK - i tak to za to nestálo. Muzeum má neskutečný potenciál, ale bez průvodce, nebo textu se tam nic nedozvíte. Big disappointment. The museum has several hundred copies with various documents, but they do not have any labels at all. If you are not an insider, you will not know anything at all. We were told that the guide had died a moment ago and that he had everything in his head, so there is no one to pass on the information. Because of this, they reduced the entrance fee to 75 CZK - even so, it was not worth it. The museum has incredible potential, but without a guide or text you will not know anything there.
K	Kateřina Plívová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a terrible dissapointment. We were super excited to see the museum because we are very interested in the topic of secret societies. In Karlovy Vary, we bought their red card which - according to the brochure that goes with it - granted us a free pass to the museum. When we got there, the museum was closed we were quite rudely told off by the staff telling us that they are just accomodating guests there so we can’t go see the exposition. Honestly don’t understand why they market it as a museum when it’s an apartment that people rent (and nobody is allowed in when people are accomodated there, which seems to be pretty often).
