Kdykoliv byl nějaký problém, vždy nám pomohli a snažili se vše nám vysvětlit. Včas objevili otravu u pejska a pomohli nám ho zachránit, o několik let později opět včas objevili Cushingův syndrom a díky rychlému zásahu s námi mohl pejsek být o pár let déle. Stejně tomu bylo i v případě, kdy se bohužel u našeho miláčka prokázal nádor na močovém měchýři. Pravidelně nádor hlídali a vždy nás informovali, zda neroste a netvoří se metastáze. Díky této klinice se náš mazlíček dožil skoro 15 let a odešel v pokoji a mohli jsme být s ním. Když v září přišel jeho čas, vzali nás na kliniku hodinu před otevírací dobou, abychom měli klid se s pejskem rozloučit. Pejska si tam pak nechali do té doby, než si pro něj přijel pán z krematoria. O nic jsme se nemuseli v té těžké chvíli starat. Tímto moc děkujeme za všechna léta, která jsme mohli s naším pejskem prožít díky Vám! Budeme se k Vám rádi vracet! As a family and dog owners, we were very satisfied with this veterinary surgery. Whenever there was a problem, they always helped us and tried to explain everything to us. They discovered poisoning in the dog in time and helped us save it, a few years later they discovered Cushing's syndrome in time and thanks to a quick intervention the dog could be with us for a few years longer. The same was true in the case when, unfortunately, our pet showed a tumor in the bladder. They regularly monitored the tumor and always informed us if it was not growing or forming metastases. Thanks to this clinic, our pet lived to be almost 15 years old and left the room so we could be with him. When his time came in September, they took us to the clinic an hour before opening hours so that we could have a goodbye to the dog. They kept the dog there until the gentleman from the crematorium came for him. We didn't have to worry about anything at that difficult moment. Thank you very much for all the years we were able to spend with our dog thanks to you! We will be happy to return to you!
T	T K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S touto veterinou mám velmi špatnou zkušenost. Přivezli jsme naši kočičku, kterou srazilo auto a potřebovala akutní péči. Doktorka i sestry byly se situací velmi dobře obeznámeny, jenže asi zapomněly, že mají na dveřích ordinace napsáno pořadí, ve kterém berou pacienty : 1. Akutní případy , 2. Objednání , 3. Ostatní. Vzaly nás totiž asi až po půl hodině čekání!! i když to byl akutní případ a raději očkovaly zdravé psy. Aby nás vůbec po půl hodině vzaly, musela jsem již trochu rázně připomenout, že tu máme akutní případ a to ještě p. doktorka pronesla na sestru něco jako “ježíš vem jí sem a zavři”… Rentgen nám nemohla poskytnout, jelikož jim nefungoval a bylo nám řečeno, ať jedeme do Ústí a nebo kočku necháme doma. V Ústí kočku vzali akutně na operaci, která se zkomplikovala tím, ze v ráně už byli červi, kterých si p.dokrorka Bednarska nevšimla. Kdyby jsme si kočku vzali domu, jak radila, do rána by byla mrtvá na sepsi. Takže jediné, v čem nám p.doktorka byla přínosná bylo to, že nám poskytla kontakt na kliniku v Ústí. I have a very bad experience with this vet. We brought our cat, which was hit by a car and needed acute care. The doctor and nurses were very well acquainted with the situation, but they probably forgot that they have written the order in which they take patients on the door of the surgery: 1. Acute cases, 2. Ordering, 3. Others. They took us after about half an hour of waiting !! although this was an acute case and they preferred to vaccinate healthy dogs. In order for them to take us at all after half an hour, I had to remind you a little vigorously that we have an acute case here, and the doctor said something to the nurse like "Jesus take her here and shut her". we are told whether we go to Ústí or leave the cat at home. In Ústí, they took the cat acutely for an operation, which was complicated by the fact that there were already worms in the wound, which Mr. Bednarska did not notice. If we took the cat home, as she advised, she would be dead of sepsis by morning. So the only thing that Dr. Doctor was beneficial to us was that she provided us with a contact at the clinic in Ústí.
