Mr. Dominik Mathaus (Sales Nanosun) responses in shortest time, provides required information and organize in perfect way the complete transaction. Delivery date was aligned several days before and the date was kept (outstanding preparation with shake hands mentality!). A five star PLUS from my side for Nanosun, and specifically for Mr. Mathaus!
P	P G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered pv modules from nanosun CZ for a fair price. The modules were in stock and should be delivered to Germany. After my payment, it took some weeks until the the delivery was ready to be load by DHL. The reason for the delay was the actual amount of orders which were to handle parallel. I contacted nanosun again an they helped me quickly to push things forward. DHL took several weeks too load the modules, and after DHL had load, it took again several weeks. I contacted nanosun again, asking for delivery because the delivery was now urgent after waiting more than a month. Nanosun were investigating why the order is not moving and talked to DHL. After a week the order was moving and several days it came. Unfortunately some modules came broken. Some were penetrated by a forklift because of bad handling. This could be a reason DHL caused this huge delay. I started a claim process because of the damaged modules. Nanosun decided to not use DHL anymore and work with more reliable logistics. They managed to send the spare parts with a courier because i needed the panels urgently. So i got the spare parts 13 days later an nanosun had cover the delivery costs because of the huge delay. All the time i had professional, friendly, fair and uncomplicadet contact with nanosun. Thank you Daniel! I can recomment nanosun as a reliable partner.
