Podzemní chodby krásné a děsivé zároveň,stísnivost snižuje zábavný průvodce. Dojem kazí pouze nedostatek skutečných židů. 4 a půl z 5 ? The staff is very helpful, kind and speaks most world languages, including Swahili. Underground corridors beautiful and scary at the same time, awkwardness reduces a fun guide. V jednotlivých místnostech muzea je zachyceno období od stavby pevnosti až do doby začátku 20- tého století, 1 světové války. There is a museum and tours of the Terezín Fortress built by Josef 2 in 1780 - 1790. The individual rooms of the museum show the period from the construction of the fort until the beginning of the 20th century, 1 World War II.

Jako návštěvník co je poprvé v Terezíně a nezná místní poměry bych ráda dostala informace o tom, že ve městě jsou dva okruhy, jeden se týká pevnosti jako takové a druhý co se týká ghetta. Do každého z nich platí jiná vstupenka na různá místa. Jinak infocentrum postrádá význam. A pokud pán pouze prodával vstupenku, i tak mohl poskytnout více informací. We received no information. The young man was sitting there as punishment. As a visitor who is in Terezín for the first time and does not know the local conditions, I would like to receive information that there are two circuits in the city, one concerning the fortress as such and the other regarding the ghetto. Each of them has a different ticket for different places. Otherwise, the information center lacks meaning. And if the master only sold the ticket, he could still provide more information.

Expozice se venuje ciste pevnosti, takze pro hledace nacistickych senzaci je to nespravne misto. Nakonec jsme se velmi prijemne zakecali s dalsim panem pruvodcem, s kterym vysla debata na neco pres hodinu. Mohu jenom chvalit. Spousta historických faktů a zajímavých informaci nejen pro milovníky historie nebo vojenství. The nice exposition in its time of the most modern fortress combined with a tour with a commentary impressed me very much. Lots of historical facts and interesting information not only for lovers of history or military.
M	Martina Piskořová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborné místo, na Retrachement 5 nám zbylo velmi málo času, celý den jsme strávili na druhém okruhu Terezína. Přestože jsme dorazili kolem 16.20 a jen formálně se dotázali, zda je možné jít do podzemí s tím, že jsme čekali odpověď, že jdeme pozdě, dočkali jsme se velmi vstřícného přístupu. Pán na informacích nás připojil k soukromé prohlídce, která tam právě mířila a my jsme zažili fundovaný výklad k budování podzemí a způsobu obrany pevnosti. Pan průvodce byl zapálený do tématu a s vtipem nás provázel celou prohlídkou. Vynikající zážitek. Děkujeme. P	Petr Honsnejman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Návštěvnické centrum Retranchementu 5 obsahuje hned několik velkých místností. Tyto místnosti jsou plny předmětů z doby minulé. Najdete zde například peníze, kterými se platilo v době fungování koncentračního tábora, náhrobní tabulky z vojenského hřbitova, uniformy vojáků, nebo medikamenty z dřívějších dob. Exponáty jsou vcelku dostatečně popsané a srozumitelné. Před centrem se navíc nachází větší parkoviště pro návštěvníky i autobusy. Pro doplnění znalostí o místním koncentračním táboru, doporučuji návštěvu. The Retranchement 5 visitor center contains several large rooms. These rooms are full of objects from the past. Here you will find, for example, money paid during the operation of the concentration camp, tombstones from the military cemetery, soldiers' uniforms, or medicines from earlier times. The exhibits are quite well described and understandable. In front of the center there is also a larger parking lot for visitors and buses. To supplement the knowledge of the local concentration camp, I recommend a visit.
V	Vincent Oliver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some military displays, racks of brochures and a rather unhelpful Info desk - we were referred to the Ghetto museum - which was much more tourist friendly and helpful. Go straight there for all your info and tickets. There was only a Czech speaking tour guide for the advertised “Tunnel Tour”. There are toilets inside the Information office so don’t go to the toilets shown on the site map, as they are locked.
