I přesto objednané zboží nikdy nepřišlo!!Od té doby mi tato firma zasílá na moji adresu, na kterou nic nedoručila, opakovaně upomínky, poslední upomínku s vyhrožováním předání vymáhací agentuře!!! Po osobní návštěvě této slavné firmy mi bylo řečeno, že je nezajímá, že na moji adresu si zboží objednal někdo jiný a že pokud neuhradím složenku nebo nedokážu přes Českou poštu, že na tuto adresu nebylo nic doručeno, bude upomínka na částku 417, - Kč předána vymáhací agentuře. Několikrát jsem jim zopakovala, že na tuto adresu nikdy zboží, na které je vystavena složenka a upomínka, nepřišlo a vzhledem k tomu, že neposílají doporučeně, ať oni mi dokáží, že zboží bylo na tuto adresu odesláno! Nevidím totiž jediný důvod, proč já, která si NIKDY od této firmy nic neobjednala bych měla cokoliv dokazovat!! Tak že za mě zloději, kteří mě přinutili zaplatit složenku na 417,- Kč za zboží, které nikdy neodeslali!!! I have never ordered anything from this company! Someone else ordered the goods at my address. Even so, the ordered goods never arrived !! Since then, this company has sent me to my address, to which it has not delivered anything, repeated reminders, the last reminder with the threat of handing over to the enforcement agency !!! After a personal visit to this famous company, I was told that they were not interested, that someone else had ordered the goods at my address and that if I did not pay the slip or I could not through Czech Post that nothing was delivered to this address, there will be a reminder for 417 CZK. transmitted to the enforcement agency. I have told them several times that the goods to which the receipt and the reminder are issued have never arrived at this address, and since they do not send by registered mail, let them prove to me that the goods have been sent to this address! I don't see a single reason why I, who have NEVER ordered anything from this company, should prove anything !! So that for me, thieves who forced me to pay a voucher for 417 CZK for goods they never sent !!!
P	Petra Berková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdyby bylo mozne jit do minusu, rada bych to udelala. Objednala jsem si zbozi, ktere jsem nikdy nevidela. O nekolik mesicu pozdeji mi volala exekucni spolecnost, ze mam zbozi zaplatit. Resila jsem dokola, ze ho rada zaplatim, ale ze mi ho musi prvne nekdo dodat…..a takto dokola. Rozhodne nedoporucuji! If it were possible to go into the red, I'd like to do it. I ordered goods I had never seen. A few months later, the bailiff called me to pay for the goods. I solved all the time that I would like to pay for it, but that someone had to deliver it to me first… ..and all the way around. Definitely not recommended!
P	Petr Uhlíř on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedodali objednané zboží a poslali složenku, ani po třech telefonátech mi neposlali do mailu požadovaný fromulář, ve kterém mám napsat čestné prohlášení, že mi nic nedodali. Následně me kontaktovala exekuční společnost. Jedná se o podvodníky, dávejte si velký pozor. They did not deliver the ordered goods and sent a receipt, nor after three phone calls did they send me the required form in the e-mail, in which I should write a solemn declaration that they did not deliver anything to me. Subsequently, I was contacted by the execution company. These are fraudsters, be very careful.

Poté mamka volala ohledně zrušení druhé (automatické) objednávky, která měla přijít příští týden (jelikož první přišla až teď, k čemu nám bude druhá). Velice "mile" nám bylo řečeno "já vím, že už nezavoláte". Goods ordered in June, which arrived only in August.
