★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of fun here. If you like to wait hours to get addressed aggressively by the staff over a fine you have to pay for a mistake they made. Definitely recommend to spend your free Saturday afternoon here. Take the kids!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 very good reasons why you should never deal with o2 to get internet in your home.
This is the worst service ever. None of the kids in the shop know what they are doing. A total and utter disgrace.
We tried to get internet over our existing phone line which already is with O2 as we thought this would be easier (instead of going to UPC).
Well forget it. After 8 days still no internet.
1. We bought the modem with o2 and were informed that it would work immediately. Nothing worked
2. called o2 and had to confirm that we pay CZK 99 to answer a question. Oh Really? What kind of service is this? One simple question, when it would be activated. 24 hours, they said.
3. After 24 hours, nothing. After 38 hours nothing.
4. Back to the shop. It seems that the stupid kid not only sold us the modem, but ordered a hired modem on top of that!
That on its own is not so bad, wasn’t it for the case that the internet will only be activated after you sign for the modem box which was to be delivered by post. Oh Really o2, WHAT KIND OF SYSTEM IS THAT?
5. So we had to wait until the hired modem arrived, give it back to the o2 shop, so that they can cancel the hired modem and all would be ok. Oh, and by the way, we were informed that the internet should work immediately after you sign for the post package.
6. No internet after signature, better bring the hired modem package back to the shop. It took a lot of convincing to get a confirmation that we gave the modem back. Not sure why the guy was so hesitant. Oh, And we finally got a reference number! All will be activated the same day. Well F$&k all happened. Better call with o2
7. Now listen to this; This kid, who took the box back, instead of activating everything, CANCELLED the internet. I mean really? The friendly operator on the phone however reverted and told us that maybe it would work late afternoon, but the latest the next morning. Thank god for that.
8. The next morning we checked and find out that THE PHONE LINE IS CUT OFF and I bet you can guess by now NO INTERNET
9. We did get an email and where confirmed per telephone that all was activated now. Ha, ha, ha.
10. Call with o2 who informed us that they don’t actually deal with the lines but a subcontractor does. Why the hell did we stay with o2? Anyway l, after several phone calls they informed us that tomorrow by 12 it all should be working. Including the phone line which was working perfectly fine before.
Conclusion. Even if it works tomorrow (which we doubt) this is an utter waste of time.
If you want internet and have a business and depend on your phone line be careful with getting internet with o2 because they might cut you off. Do not go to the shop, because trust me, they will make it worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am trying to get back my deposit of CZK 4000 for several months now, and they still haven't managed to pay it back. When I was signing contract, I had been misinformed by Mr. Elexa Juraj about the deposit repayment terms. They promised to pay back several times and now just stopped answering emails. I will definitely not prolong my contract and do not recommend anyone to choose 02 in Czech Republic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm completely disgusted with the mentality of the sales reps here. On two occasions I've been completely mislead, convinced to get something I didn't even want because it apparently was on one occasion "free" and another occasion just 99kc for an add on, because of the account package I had. I said I didn't need it but was then told "why not? It's free or practically free." Turns out it was far form just 99kc when I got the invoice. Very confusing process too, signing contracts on a screen where you can barely see what is there and being all in Czech. They just spun the screen to me for a second and are in a hurry to get me to sign. Shame on me, I know. I should have been more wise but would never expected such treatment. Recently, they conveniently forgot to apply my discount on one invoice, which was quite a large one because apparently the rep turned on all these extra features on my account that I had no idea about. Note to customers, go through your account page because by default, they many times turn on extra features and make you pay for every single little thing. Now I'm obliged to pay the incorrect invoice, which the rep acknowledged was quite a big mistake on their part, while waiting for them to fix their mistake and credit my account, which of course takes 30 days. I was told by the rep he filed a claim regarding this. Turns out he didn't, so actually a 3rd lie. I'm shocked that these young 20 year olds are being trained to rip off their customers like this. I've been a customer for about 10 years now for my company and now as an individual. Pretty pathetic!

They made me to purchase "deposit". (One year internet cost).
The technician arrived. He spent about 3 hours and was not able to install internet connection. The deposit is not returned back yet.
