★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just as a warning, DO NOT GO FOR o2 INTERNET. I've talked to several people who got o2 wifi for their home and they are all having the same issues that we are. They claimed that their internet is 100mb/s which was not true, the real speed was about 10mb/s, not to mention that it went down every day around 20:00 for about 30 minutes. We then got their 5g wifi hoping to solve the issue, only to find out that the internet is inconsistent and goes down 1-2 times every hour. After an hour on hold we got to talk to one of their support staff who sent out a technician to check on the issue. He showed us that the internet is the speed it's supposed to be, but the very next day it went back down to 10mb/s. Don't get scammed. Don't go for o2...

They demand 6 weeks notice to terminate the Internet service, which is excessive.
We called them several times and were not able to speak to an English speaker.
They then demanded a 1111 Kc termination fee, even though we had been with them over 3 years. They claimed that they had recently changed the contract, hence this counted as an early termination. We also understood that they were sending a letter to confirm the termination.
We paid the fee and waited to be cut off. When we were not cut off we called to ask why. They said that the letter that they had sent us asked us to call again to reconfirm that we wanted to terminate. As this is unusual and we are not native Czech speakers we did not understand this. Because we had not reconfirmed in time they are currently demanding payment for another 6 weeks notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your company is so horrible that I don’t even have words to explain ? your employees don’t know anything. People in our stores can’t do with anything. The support line are the only people who can actually say something but they can’t make any changes. Please work well or just close and don’t waste your clients time. I really don’t know how to comment your customer service and I don’t know how you can work so horribly.
I just came to your store for the 5th time and the employee there said that I can solve this problem only through the support line and the employee on the support line said that the employee on the branch should have done everything. How is it possible and why I should come to your branch one million times in order to deal with a tiny question.
Extremely and extremely horrible company and horribly instructed employees.
