Obchod kávou a čajem - Újezd 400/37

Today on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, slightly after 6:00, my mother and I wanted to buy a couple here cups that we chose in the shop window. AND through a huge sign we opened to they couldn't get to the store. Then we saw a message (see photo) that you would be happy to serve us next door in a good newsagent. The guy behind the cash register in the newsstand told us that it was unfortunately already closed and the shop would not open for us. We went back to take another look at the shop window. We noticed it to be open until 19:00. Her mother went to check the situation once more at the newsstand, where her guy had already unpleasantly dismissed her, that she could not be in two places at the same time and we were unlucky. So we went back to the shop window to look for some mug. In about 3 minutes, a lady with a shop key suddenly appeared at the door. She didn't say anything, she didn't protest that we wanted to buy mugs, so we followed her to the store, where we asked her for the cups we liked in the shop window. The lady began to look for them in disgust. I haven't seen such a poisoned face in a long time. In the end, instead of 6 cups, we bought only 3, because the saleswoman literally kicked us out of the store. There was no excuse or excuse for why the shop was not open. What amazes me the most, however, is that the guy from the newsagent mischievously lied to us, that it is already closed, when he could obviously come for a colleague and she could open the shop for us. We wouldn't be angry at all. Unfortunately, our experience with your business is negative.
