Jak jsem si úřad užil? Jo užil, užil. "Vyplázl" jsem 500,- Kč za odpad. Jako chatař stejně většinou vozím odpad domů do kontejneru u baráku aby, mi i to tady celý týden nepáchlo. A pořád se zdražuje.
How did I enjoy the office? Yeah he enjoyed, he enjoyed. I "slipped out" 500 CZK for waste. As a cottage owner, I usually take the waste home to a container near the house so that it doesn't smell like me all week. And it's still getting more expensive.

Počátky osídlení území dnešní obce spadají až do mladší doby kamenné. Ves je prvně zmiňována už v roce 1057 v zakládací listině litoměřické kapituly. V roce 1780 tu byla postavena barokní kaple sv. Anny. The beginnings of settlement in the area of today's village date back to the Younger Stone Age. The village was first mentioned in 1057 in the foundation charter of the Litoměřice chapter. In 1780, the Baroque Chapel of St. Anne was built here. In April 1815, a great fire destroyed 13 local houses. Between 1847 and 1850 the Prague - Dresden railway was under construction, which changed the layout of the village (the oldest part of the village disappeared). In 1949 the village was renamed Dolní (Lower) Zálezly to distinguish it from Upper one 8 km away. Today there are less than 600 inhabitants here.
