The church by the Elbe bank in Církvice was mentioned as early as 1357. The current building is Baroque from 1701. The church has no tower, only a sanctuary. It is a single-nave oriented building with an indented polygonal presbytery. At the north side is a sacristy with emporium. Part of the church complex is an interesting prismatic tower bell tower with half-timbered masonry (it is the only half-timbered bell tower in the Czech Republic), a statue of St. Jan Nepomucký in front of the church wall and a baroque rectory from the middle of the 18th century, covered with a mansard roof. The church hosts classical music concerts. Since 1992, the church with a bell tower has been protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic. Classical music concerts are held in the church. Since 1992, the church together with a bell tower has been protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic.
