At the OÚ in Tisá, the fact that a visit to the office can be enjoyed is especially surprising. I'm looking forward to the next.

The first written mention of the village dates back to 1653. The predecessor of Tisá was the village of Schönstein with a fortress located on the eastern slope of the Tisá hill. It was founded by the Wartenbergs during their ownership of the Děčín manor. Between 1554 and 1557 Günter of Bünau built a new court and castle here, which was burnt down in 1631 during the Thirty Years' War together with the surrounding estates and was never rebuilt. Tisá then became the new centre of settlement. After 1750, the button-making industry started in Tisá. Today it has less than a thousand permanent inhabitants.
