★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nejhorsi firma same problemy... objednavali jsme kuchyn mela dojit 9.2 pote 18. ted zas 26. byla doprava a vynos zdarma a nyni je to pry bez vynosu a musi se doplatit? nedoporucuji okay
 worst company same problems ... we ordered the kitchen should have arrived 9.2 then 18. now again 26. was shipping and yield free and now it's gone without yield and has to pay extra? I do not recommend okay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem měla velmi špatnou zkušenost s vysokým hnědovlasým pánem v této prodejně…To je tedy chování k zákazníkům ani se nedivím, že sem na tuto prodejnu všichni neradi chodí!! Sem určitě už nikdy. Arogantní, nepříjemný co víc říct.
Today I had a very bad experience with a tall brown-haired gentleman in this store… So that's the behavior towards customers and I'm not surprised that not everyone likes to come to this store !! Definitely never here again. Arrogant, annoying to say more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navštíveno jako výdejna zásilkovny. Pán trochu zmatený, systém moc nefungoval, musel volat kolegu, ale vše pak dobře dopadlo.
Visited as a mail order station. The lord was a little confused, the system didn't work very well, he had to call a colleague, but then everything turned out well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Než mi zboží z eshopu přišlo na tuto pobočku, tak to trvalo čtyři týdny místo tři dnů. Dále mi dorazila jen část objednavky, ale zaplatit jsem ji musel celou. Je to několik dnů a nikdo mi nedal vědět co dál, ikdyž vedoucí v prodejně slíbil že do eshopu napíše.
Tak musím odebrat ještě jednu hvězdu, rada majitele uplně k něčemu. Nevím k čemu mi je sleledovat zakazku, když se tam jen dozvím že zboží které maj skladem mi už 1,5 měsíce připravují a nepomohlo ani to že jsem zavolal na zákaznickou linku. Tam mi akorat rekli ať počkám že to budou řesit, prej tyden. No uz je to 14 dni a nic.
It took me four weeks instead of three days before the goods from the e-shop arrived at this branch. Furthermore, I received only part of the order, but I had to pay for it in full. It's been a few days and no one has let me know what to do next, even though the store manager promised to write in the e-shop.
So I have to take another star, the owner's advice for something. I don't know what it's like to send me an order, when I just find out that the goods they have in stock have been prepared for me for 1.5 months, and the fact that I called the customer line didn't help either. There they just told me to wait for them to work it out, after a week. Well, it's been 14 days and nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ochotný personál, který dobře poradí. Dobře zásobená prodejna, vyberete si dobře z „bílých" spotřebičů takový, který je nejvhodnější. Doplňkový prodej k pračkám i sušičkám. Dovezený produkt hned zapojí u klienta doma, odvezou starý kus.
